3rd time In a row that I couldn't get a fluffy Omelet.. They keep claiming their machine was broke. Or the new one did they claim? They got broke this time when I went. I didn't even get my toast with my omelet and hash Browns And it was not that crowded, but it took forever to get the food. Unfortunately, we have 2 waffle houses in our Greenwood area, so I will be going to the other one. We're a really never had any problems

An old lady was been raciest and I felt she discriminated me all bc I ask for a loaded hash brown with old meat and onion no mushroom. She gone say , “all the meat cost $20” like I care so I felt I was being judge and she was being racist.

Alot of dirty tables so we sat at the cleanest one waiter was punctual and asked what we wanted to eat without even providing a menu like we've ate here a million times. Finally we ordered, food came out quickly and looked delicious but there was no silver ware provided, both orders were wrong which was not a big deal reminded waiter about our pancakes and they were never brought to us. We just took it to go as we paid. Food was great but alot of simple mistakes made as place wasn't even busy.

We entered at 12:30, after getting out of the cancer center. 2 others were seated and order taken. They weren’t busy. We sat at the low counter. 2 waitresses were talking, we were totally ignored. After 10 minutes we left…very obvious they didn’t want to serve us, even acknowledge us. We like Waffle House, but this was bad.
This is the BEST Waffle House I’ve ever been too!! The workers seem like best friends and they all work together so well, help each other out very positive!!! The food is absolutely amazing and it’s very clean. I eat here once a week.
