Staff is extremely rude and does not care about good customer service. The food is poorly handled and orders are often bagged incorrectly. I highly recommend avoiding this store.
When I say this place is nothing like it used to be that’s putting it mildly. We couldn’t even eat the food we received from here today it was so nasty. Chicken wasn’t fully cooked. Was grizzly fries were cold even the drinks weren’t good and that’s just sad. Needless to say we should of just drove down the street and threw that money out the window
Just left there and got home. The people were nasty. I ordered a four for four and only got four chicken nuggets!!?!? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. It’s sad to be honest it’s not my fault yall working at Wendy’s at yall big grown ages. GET YA PAPER UP AND STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLES FOOD
Unacceptable. Placed a mobile order (at 2:05pm, not a rush time), went to drive through. Waited 15 plus minutes. Finally got to speaker. After waiting another 6-7 minutes in complete silence, canceled my order. The management of this location needs to change.
I love them, but I hate dealing with their staff. Some are nice, but others make you want to just keep driving when you see them at the window. Also, ALWAYS check your food before you drive off. They are notorious for leaving things off.

Ordered single hamburger all the way with no ketchup. It was HORRIBLE Bread was so old. Meat was hard and curled. Not eatable
I ordered a grilled chicken wrap (ONLY) and after waiting over 15 minutes in drive through, the staff tried to give me two frosty's and did not even have my order in the situation. I waited 5 minutes for a grilled chicken wrap only to find the wrap was thrown together and falling out in the tinfoil. The shell had hard pieces all around it where it appeared to have been siting and I had to pick off all the hard pieces. The chicken inside was tough and nasty. Very poor service. Nastiest wrap I've ever eaten in my life. I don't want to see another Wendy's commerical ever!! Their food is not what they advertise and neither is their staff!!
I took my grandson to eat before we were to go see a movie yesterday (03/02/25) we had about 45 minutes before the movie started so I thought we would grab a quick lunch. This was not a quick trip at all bc I had to cut his lunch short and take half of it with us just to get to the movies after it had started. They were working with a skeleton crew. The wait time we had was due to a lot of customers there with us. People were lined to the door. The cashier was a little frustrated but help it together and when it came to our turn to order, she was very nice. We had to wait a few minutes for our order but the food was hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered. The manager was multitasking as fast as she could and still kept a great attitude. Instead of complaining about how slow places are especially in a Sunday, after church lunch hour, more people should be thankful these employees showed up to serve their customers. Thank you Wendy’s.

The lady at the Drive through was dismisive/ strangeand or rude ish, The only thing making me hesitate on this is. I couldn't tell if she said thank you. Baby to me as she was closing the window. Or if that was too one of her co-workers or somebody else, I'm pretty sure it was to somebody else. And so she was basically just short and snibbetty. About the taking orders. It was 11 o'clock on Thursday, February 20th.
Basically the lady taking orders at the window was pretty much rude. I would say or short/. I don't know how to describe it if that's her personality. But I don't know if a personality like that is the best to be the customer service representative.
30 minutes in the drive thur to find out they are out of Beef??? Service was terrible not really sure how places like this stay in business. The owners need to be more engaged with their business!
Came through and got food and the food was old and there was a hair in my burger.

Some lady was really rude to me after I asked her nicely to fix something she got wrong on my order she had a very mean attitude and it made me feel uncomfortable

It’s ashame and probably the reason they are closing some Wendy’s. A lot of them! Drive thru girl was rude with her attitude the fries were old and seemed like they were re cooked old fries and the food was under cooked causing 3 people to get severe Diarrhea, headache and nausea. Customer service is only available weekdays and the manager comes in the evening shift ( must be nice)! I hope they close this one before someone ends up in the hospital luckily we aren’t That serious and it will hopefully only take a couple of days to get the bad stuff out. I will be calling customer service for what good it will do because I want a refund because I don’t want the food again that would be stupidity to eat the same stuff again or anything from people that are rude from the beginning!
