The food is great but the service needs polishing, a little more training in customer communication and service. Now if they were hired from the high school detention center I'd understand the lack of courtesy and vocabulary.

I love Whataburger but these certain….. people working this morning need to get it together. Two young people at the front more worried about cutting up with each other than getting orders correct. Get it together.

Food is okay, but the service is poor. if the management doesn't want to care about customer service than it is time for new management and all around staff. waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at 5am when there was only 2 cars infront of me. when asked about it the manager was rude and tried blaming others for her lack of leadership.

Store #1610 No where near as good as I expected. Signs directing entrance very misleading and poorly placed. Longer wait than expected, close to 10 minutes. Home: Drinks were not with order. No receipt with order. Freshness did not meet good food standards. Fries cold and texture and taste was like hours since cooked. Bun was flat, like a brick had been on it, which made it sticky and chewy, much like Playdoe might be if eaten. Meat cold, dry and chewy. Optics not good at waiting, line end,,... with 6-8 milling around, as if they had nothing to do, especially bad since no drinks and cold/old food. Based on my first time overall experience, I predict within a year, this location will close, due to a lack of customers. Prove me wrong! customer # 1702253 hgh

Whataburger in Greenwood , S.C. Opened this week. They still have some kinks to work out but the food was very good. The wait time with maybe 8 cars total in the 2 drive-thrus (4 in line 1 & 4 in line 2 ) was about 25 minutes. But I must say again , the food was delicious. Thanks for All the Hard Work ! And Thanks Again !

Waited FOREVER for 2 drinks and when we finally got them they were wrong. Ordered 2 cokes and received a Dr Pepper and a Diet Coke I hate Dr Pepper and I don't drink diet cokes we tossed both. Fries were very salty that we couldn't even eat them. Patty Melt was decent bread was tough and chewy. Wife's burger was good. We sat in line for about 30 minutes at 945pm employees just walking around trying to figure out what to do, manager hollering in the drive through at the Employees to get it together that they holding his line up. Definitely need to get the kinks worked out. I'll try them out again in a few weeks

They do not have their shit together. Drive thru is a nightmare. After ordering at the menu board, pulled up and sat at the window area for over ten minutes, for one combo meal, and the food just isn't worth it. Workers could be more polite. Everyone is confused. Everyone is asking you what you ordered and if you have paid, over and over and over again. Food was hot, but not exceptional (imagine a cross between BK and McDonalds). Liked the fries. Won't go back.

Greenwood must have given them the land for free. Chaos outside and inside. Walked out empty handed. Not a place that can handle crowds.

Food wasn’t the best. Waited a good while for my food while others behind me in the drive thru line were given their food before me. Got home (20 minutes away) to realize drinks were wrong and they gave me a kids meal with only fries and a cookie, not the chicken I ordered.

They forgot my onion rings but other than that great service despite the craziness! I don't think it was on purpose there was a lot going on and God knows theyve all been at it for hours! Thank you Whataburger employees for your kind service and great teamwork!
