Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Asked for no zax sauce and said toss tenders in nuclear sauce and they barely gave any sauce at all

The wait was awful, I waited for over 30 minutes just on a sandwich. They said everything else was ready but the sandwich. The worker that took my order and gave me my food was on the phone (calling) with someone the whole time. Then the other guy was eating and didn't wash his hands after. It was around 11pm when my brother and I went up there

Went there around 9:30 pm ordered my food after about a 6 minute wait in the drive through before ordering which that is to be expected at this time. Got up to the window payed for our food and waited maybe another 8 minutes or so and got our food and headed home, got home and my boyfriends food was supposed to be the kickin chicken meal and we got a 3 piece tender meal and that really sucked cause he wanted that sandwich something serious! But overall it was good! I don’t eat Zack’s for a reason tho so 🤷‍♀️

placed a mobile order at 5:26 p.m. sat in the the drive thru line for 20 minutes before deciding to go inside to see if our order was finished. it was not ready, they said it would be another 15 minutes. they were standing around when we went in to check. ended up sitting in the drive thru for another 30 minutes. got to the window and our food still was not ready. did not leave with our food until 6:02 p.m.

They need some mature people working went thru the line at 10 and didn’t get my food till 10:50. Not just that they didn’t give me both drinks I ordered they gave me one and it wasn’t even what I ordered then had the sauce from the wings all in the bag I went back to the door to get my drink and all I seen was workers on their phone with headphones in. Really just change your whole work crew at this point.

Id fire every person in that place, terrible service all they care about is being on their phones took 17 mins after I had ordered, will not be going back any time soon

Terrible customer service from the people at the window. Not one word said throughout our transaction and our fries had ZERO seasoning and were cold. This is everytime we go to this location! Do better at hiring staff zaxbys! We won’t be back

Please, you need better drink holders for the giant drinks

This location in Greenwood SC is the worst run place I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I ordered food on line. Waited 20 minutes to show up, when the food was to be ready. I have now sat here waiting for my on line food order for 25 minutes and I’m being told THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! I will have to continue to wait another 10-20 minutes on my food.

Placed a mobile order 30 minutes before i got there, just to sit another 10 minutes to finally get my food and when i got it, my order was wrong. How do you mess up 4 chicken strips and fries? And why does it take 40 minutes to make? Y'all hire these young kids that think going to work literally means just going there and standing around. You have managers for a reason, tell them to do their job and make those chaps do theirs.

The wait for Togo orders are abysmal. 43 minutes. 43 minutes for some fried chicken. Went inside to place a Togo order after waiting in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes and it not moving. After placing order waited an additional 38 minutes for it to be ready. That is completely unacceptable, this store really needs to get it together.

Ate there on a Friday evening. Ultra slow, apathetic service. Dirty tables and no supervision. Lots of employees just standing around.

My ONLY complaint is that the dining room tables need to be washed more often. This place is crazzzzzy busy, so I understand why the dining room suffers a bit. I have never been disappointed here everrrr. The chicken and fries are cooked fresh and hot 🔥. The staff is super kind and very friendly...they make the visit enjoyable. I usually hang out with a group of friends, and they allow us to just sit and chat and never rush us out. They have been so polite, it makes it easy to want to come back time and time again. Keep doing what you do, Zaxbys! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
