Friendly staff is always a plus, however the coke dispensing machine had dried cola on backside of dispensing area, bathrooms need a good touching, and windows are dity; overall feel was a bit grimy, which makes one wonder about the kitchen. I had the Zak snack and it was in consistency of its usual taste at under $10.00.

Service is so slow ...after waiting at counter for 5 minutes I just left. No one offered ro take my order even though there were 5 people working at the counter just staring back into the kitchen

Have gone there 3 times. First 2 times it took me 30-40 mins to get through the drive through. This last time I went inside and it took 30 mins and some attitude from workers before getting my meal. The workers lack manners and basic respect.

We have ordered our food 30 minutes ago on the mobile app, when we get to the curbside parking spot, there’s no place in the app to press. I’m here, so I press the call button that says if you need help, then we were proceeded to be told that our food would be another 30 minutes after they have been slow and have not had time, we asked how we could get a refund. They said to go through it in the app and it’s not in the app so we had to go inside just to be able to get a refund without getting in our of our food. And not just that the employees were rude, not helpful, and have attitudes

Moved out of the area years ago and it’s nice to see nothing has changed. Zaxbys still has no sense of urgency! Had to drive off and go to Huey’s which was the best decision I made today!

Asked for no zax sauce and said toss tenders in nuclear sauce and they barely gave any sauce at all

The wait was awful, I waited for over 30 minutes just on a sandwich. They said everything else was ready but the sandwich. The worker that took my order and gave me my food was on the phone (calling) with someone the whole time. Then the other guy was eating and didn't wash his hands after. It was around 11pm when my brother and I went up there

Went there around 9:30 pm ordered my food after about a 6 minute wait in the drive through before ordering which that is to be expected at this time. Got up to the window payed for our food and waited maybe another 8 minutes or so and got our food and headed home, got home and my boyfriends food was supposed to be the kickin chicken meal and we got a 3 piece tender meal and that really sucked cause he wanted that sandwich something serious! But overall it was good! I don’t eat Zack’s for a reason tho so 🤷‍♀️

placed a mobile order at 5:26 p.m. sat in the the drive thru line for 20 minutes before deciding to go inside to see if our order was finished. it was not ready, they said it would be another 15 minutes. they were standing around when we went in to check. ended up sitting in the drive thru for another 30 minutes. got to the window and our food still was not ready. did not leave with our food until 6:02 p.m.

They need some mature people working went thru the line at 10 and didn’t get my food till 10:50. Not just that they didn’t give me both drinks I ordered they gave me one and it wasn’t even what I ordered then had the sauce from the wings all in the bag I went back to the door to get my drink and all I seen was workers on their phone with headphones in. Really just change your whole work crew at this point.
