Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The wait for Togo orders are abysmal. 43 minutes. 43 minutes for some fried chicken. Went inside to place a Togo order after waiting in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes and it not moving. After placing order waited an additional 38 minutes for it to be ready. That is completely unacceptable, this store really needs to get it together.

Ate there on a Friday evening. Ultra slow, apathetic service. Dirty tables and no supervision. Lots of employees just standing around.

My ONLY complaint is that the dining room tables need to be washed more often. This place is crazzzzzy busy, so I understand why the dining room suffers a bit. I have never been disappointed here everrrr. The chicken and fries are cooked fresh and hot 🔥. The staff is super kind and very friendly...they make the visit enjoyable. I usually hang out with a group of friends, and they allow us to just sit and chat and never rush us out. They have been so polite, it makes it easy to want to come back time and time again. Keep doing what you do, Zaxbys! 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s taken over an hour just for me to have the wrong food order after I leave. Also got my food wrong tonight I ordered chicken and I got shrimp. Terrible

If you want zaxbys don’t get it from greenwood location. Food is always mediocre and staff is slow and inefficient.

Wings were old. Received 0 dipping sauces. Ordered curbside but had to go in for the food. It's probably the worst experience I've had at a zaxbys

What they lack in customer service they make up for with hair. NO THANKS!!
2 stars only because of the ONE young man that works the drive-thru window who is always polite. Everything else is subpar.

Very good this time. It's hit and miss on staffing but food was fresh and hot like it should have been.

Zensation salad is the bomb!

Good food but the tenders just keep getting smaller and the prices keep getting larger

It makes no sense when Zaxby's can't read a order and makes your food incorrectly and blames you for the order on how they made it. And then the strips were hard.

Literally the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen for the price of $14 plus dollars. Everything is increasing as quality decreases. It’s sad! Will not be going here anymore! I can get a salad or chicken tenders from a grocery store and be more satisfied than what I received when visiting this establishment. You would think since competition is in town(right NEXT door) your establishment would do better but I guess popularity trumps quality! Sad world we live in
