I know this is SC based, but I had an amazing experience with Service Tech, Terry Morris. He was working at a Whataburger in Oklahoma, and let me tell you this man is so kind. I spent 40 minutes waiting on my order and I witnessed him talking with two children, the oldest being 9 yo. He talked to this young man about the tech he was working on for a while, being so kind and patient. I’m not sure if this company knows how amazing this man is, or how much of a value it is to have Terry on their team. Terry went the extra mile and even stepped in to ask about my order that I was waiting on for way to long (just a simple combo meal) and get me my food so I can go home. He’s not even employed by Whataburger, but still took care of me. Terry, you are an angel, and I hope you see this. I hope you touch more people with your positivity and your compassion. 10/10 job done well, Go Terry!!

They tried to not pay the hourly rate for my employee accusing him of not even being able to hold the ladder to get out of paying us.
