Expensive as hell but probably the best burgers

both the service and the food were absolutely abysmal. this was the third time i’ve visited anonymous burgers and the second time i’ve been disappointed. the first visit was good, but the second visit we weren’t even able to order because the cashier was nowhere to be found and the one worker who was behind the counter wouldn’t ring up our order, and the third visit the cashier was unwelcoming and the burger tasted like sand in my mouth. I won’t be returning here.

Was taking my wife out for a date this past Friday night. We decided to go downtown Greer to try anonymous burger with a few other close by restaurants. Needless to say it was horrible. The customer service was awful. The lady taking our order was really rude, short in her responses if she did respond. Not only that but when I ordered the big brother meal my wife was wanting to get the moon fries to try. The woman said we weren't allowed to order another side of Fry's unless it was in a meal when I saw clearly on the menu where you can order a side of fries. Not to mention that after that my wife was going to order but the woman cut us off and rang up our order to pay for it without even asking my wife what she wanted. So after all the disgusting customer service we finally got what food we were allowed to order and let me say it was awful. The fries were extremely over seasoned and greasy, the burger was burnt and dry. So not only was the customer service absolute dog crap but the food was just as bad. Needless to say I will not be going back there ever again. I work within the restaurant business myself making cheeseburgers daily at quadruple the speed she had to do last night and still put up top notch burgers with fantastic customer service. Like WE SHOULD that's what we are paid for. Do better. Thanks to that one girl I'll be sure to not eat there again. I'll stick with places like CULVER'S which is Wayyyyyy better wayyyy fresher with top notch customer service.

Good was spectacular, burgers were flavorful, juicy, and the buns were nice and better. The staff was friendly and gave great recommendations. The location is a vibe. Highly recommend.

Staff was extremely rude. Rolled their eyes at me when I tried placing an order. Rule 1 of customer service, don’t do that!

Wish I had a picture of the food but my girl and I demolished it!! This is by far one of the best burgers I’ve ever put in my mouth. 10/10 would recommend and will recommend. Also dog friendly

Food wasn't great and service was rude and dismissive.
We went to Anonymous Burger for the first time a few weeks ago. I have followed them for a while and finally got a chance to eat their delicious food. I got a Big Brother Burger and my GF got the X-Fries (fully loaded). I highly recommend eating there. You will not regret it.

The Anonymous Big Brother Burger is the best Burger in the upstate!!! A double smash burger with flavor and kick. The fries are the icing on the cake of this culinary masterpiece. Don't forget the Area 51 sauce!!

Average “smashburger” with secret sauce on commodity bun. Fries came with mystery seasoning which I couldn’t eat (allergies). I returned the fries and was promised plain ones as a replacement — never got them. The meal cost about twice what it should’ve…..
