I hope you are thinking of replacing your racist GM and fast. This white lady was so quick to accuse a black teen of stealing a CUP and ask the police to book her for trespassing over a misunderstanding. Is that the kind of person you want running your establishment? The cashier gave the girl a cup for FREE and instead of just trying to clear up the misunderstanding and letting the girl pay for the drink (WHICH THE GIRL TRIED, AS WELL AS OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EVEN THE DAMN POLICE), the GM would rather have trespassing put on her record. Yes, let's ruin a young kids life for a misunderstanding. That makes complete sense. Even the police that showed up said it was a complete waste of time and resources. That woman needs to be fired.

Grace is an absolute treasure. We can always tell immediately if she's the one at the drive-thru. She is so sweet, and a bright spot in my day any time we come through.

This was the nastiest Arby's I have ever saw. Couldn't hardly walk on the floor for being so sticky. Dining area was so nasty, tables dirty and trash on the floor. 4 girls standing up front talking and on their phones. Who ever was in charge, truly sucks at running a resturant.

Waited 3 minutes at the drive thru before we were asked to give our order and we were only asked to give our order because we said “hello” through the mic. Was told that they “aren’t doing shakes anymore because they ran out”. Got to the window to pay and the shake machine was right there, working. Was told to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. 4 other cars went through before ours was brought out. The employee that brought us our food didn’t bring our drinks and “couldn’t remember” what they were. When we looked in the bag, there was no sauces. The employee that brought us our drinks then went back to get our sauces and only brought us 2 Arby’s sauce for 3 meals…no other sauces either. Don’t go to this location. You will regret it.

Ms. Grace is an absolute sweetheart! I would stop by on my lunch break to grab lunch and every single time I am there at the drive-thru and she’s there, her attitude is always on point! Her smile and her energy is always so polite. Never not ran into a day where she wasn’t always smiling and being very friendly with the staff. She will make your day great after having a bad day. Such a sweet soul. She deserves a raise!!! We need more like you Ms. Grace!?????????

Restaurantji Recommends
The car infront of me waited like 5 mins just for someone to come take their payment. The manager, I believe her name is Liz, or something has 0 business being a manager here, and I’m a five guys shift manager. She asked me what my order was when I got to the window, made eye contact when I told her my order, looked into the bags and handed me the wrong food then claimed it was because their monitors were down. The monitors being down has nothing to do with your ability to listen to the customer. Not only that but she reprimanded and yelled at a staff member with the window open infront of me. You don’t do that, if there’s a problem with an employee you pull them aside PRIVATELY when you get a chance and do/say what needs to be done then, not infront of customers and other employees. That’s humiliating and belittling to the employee and it makes the manager look extremely unprofessional.Another issue, when she did take my food back she placed it back with other customers food. Have we learned nothing from Covid? If another customer even touches the bag at five guys the food isn’t allowed back over our counter and has to be remade. To put a bag, that has already been in someone’s car, back with other customers food is disgusting. It should have been thrown out and remade immediately. It should be part of EVERY restaurant’s Covid policy. Also, circling back to the monitors, I could literally see thru the window that their monitor was clearly on and had a 1, 2, 3, &4 in different slots, which there were 3 cars (including myself) in the drive thru. I’m not blind or stupid and I don’t appreciate her treating me like I was.I could tell from the OUTSIDE that her shift was a dumpster fire and yall weren’t even busy. You had 4 orders and were making cars pull up and wait 10+ mins for their food. My fries were also cold when I got my food and my shake was not well blended. Get a manager that knows how to manage and run a shift, one that has some customer service skills as well.

Very clean, busy drive-through, staff seem pleasant but there is no acknowledgement upon entering and standing in line, a quick hello I will be right with you would be nice, especially in the South; come on folks we have a reputation to keep up!! ? The famous curly fries were cold as ice, but the orange shake was good.

Placed a mobile order at 7:45 to be ready at 9pm. Got there at 9pm and was told to park and they'd bring it out. Got food at 9:25, "Bc they were waiting on the fries". Fries are cold and only half way filled up
