Food was absolutely terrible. I could get a frozen chicken patty from Costco and air fry it and it’d be better than what I received. Absolutely unacceptable for the premium prices they charge. I paid 12 dollars for a mediocre chicken sandwich worse than McDonald’s.

My favorite burger place in the upstate! On Point every single time and the guys are always so nice! I work across the street and used to rarely eat a burger. I swear I get it at least once a week for lunch. Working from home today and paid to have it Doordashed!

The venue is very nice, great atmosphere with jazz music playing. However, I spent 30 dollars for 2 people. I thought the food was okay. The burger didn't look like the picture. The bun was a lot more dull. I didn't like how thin the patty was. Everything was seasoned. Service was very mid and not very welcoming. Seems like the staff rather talk to each other than customers.

Everything about this place was great. I came here a few months ago craving a smashed burger and man did it satisfy my craving. I ended up dropping my fries on the floor and they immediately made another batch for me. Great customer service, great quality food. That’s all I can ask for. Btw it’s in a food hall so you may have to search for it if it’s you’re first time dining.

I stopped by Between the Buns on Saturday hoping for a good burger, but the experience was honestly awful. The man working the grill, a large white guy who seemed to be having a rough day already, was sweating profusely all over the food and grill. It was hard not to notice, and it made me completely lose my appetite.
On top of that, he was incredibly unwelcoming toward me and other customers. No greeting, no smile, just a dismissive attitude that made the whole place feel uncomfortable. It’s one thing to have an off day, but this felt like he didn’t care at all about cleanliness or customer service.
I ended up leaving without finishing my meal. Between the hygiene concerns and the rudeness, I won’t be coming back.. and I’d strongly recommend management address this issue before serving any more customers.

These guys remade my burger right away after I didn't realize the sauce wasn't vegetarian when I first ordered. The service was amazing and fast, and my food (which was 100% vegetarian after the remake) was so delicious! I got a black bean burger and fries, and they were super accommodating to dietary restrictions, answering all my questions without making me feel bad for my own mistake when ordering. Super tasty food and super kind chefs! Definitely give them a try!

Ordered the classic burger and it was quite disappointing. The burger looks ok except the beef pattie was around 1/16th of an inch thick. I didn't even know it was possible to make a hamburger pattie that thin. I'm not sure if this is the standard pattie they make for all their burger or I got a bad one, either way that's enough to give this place a fail. You are better off going somewhere else if you want a good burger.

Tried the chili fries. I know that the point is to put the other things on them, but when the fries are too soft and soggy, it detracts from the sensation. They have good service and it is a cool place.

First off, this place is in a food hall, so you will not see the name on the outside of the building. The burgers are very tasty and toasted too. There is a sauce they put on the burger that makes it delicious. I can't say enough how glad I was that I found this place. I was on vacation and used Google Maps to scope this place out. If you're looking for a decent burger, Between the buns has got it.
