I love Bojangles but the one on Wade Hampton Blvd. in greer needs to close and lock all doors until all employees can be properly trained. I ordered 8pc chicken with potatoes & gravy, slaw, & mac and cheese & two boberry biscuits.,. After they dropped my box on the floor they tried to pick it up and serve it to me until they realized I was watching. They finally bring my order and theirs no mac & cheese, no boberry biscuits, no gravy,and the potato cup was crushed and spilled out all inside the box. I go to the counter and tell them, oh it'll be 3 minutes on the biscuits they said. Supposedly the fix my order,,, wrong.,, I get home and have no potatoes, 2 little cups of gravy, 4 little thighs, no breast's, 2 little legs and 2 little wings. This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Terrible customer service i did a curbside order and after waiting 15 min I called and was told if I want my order I can come inside and get it when my order finally got to the truck I was missing a boround and no cheese on my 3 SEC biscuits called and spoke with the manager she was no help saying they were busy so I will be calling corporate

Whoever was taking drive thru orders on 11/23 around 10:30 am, if you don’t like your job, find another one. Huffing and puffing taking orders and getting an attitude while taking a simple order is ridiculous. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and that is unacceptable. Do better.

This was the third time that I had gone to this particular Bojangles and ordered a Buttered Biscuit with extra butter and never have gotten extra butter. They have great biscuits but the lodge and even when I asked for extra butter I get half of the bottom and half of the top completely dry and the half that has butter is barely scraped on. I have a feeling after three tries that I probably won't go to that Bojangles anymore. If they don't understand what extra butter means and to get butter on the whole entire biscuit throwing away half the biscuit

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. I got a bacon egg cheese biscuit. I returned to the store and still didn't get my correct biscuit handed to me. The employee told me twice it was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and I looked and it was a sausage and egg biscuit. I had had enough for the morning. I left the restaurant w/o comment because I didn't know what may come out of my mouth if I opened it.

Why do y’all fix people food without wearing gloves or changing them. Even the cashier leaves the front doesn’t wash their hands and touch food. Hello, E. coli, hepatitis, etc.

Nov 9 2024 update. Very disappointed with the drive through service. We asked for cream and sugar and received a bunch of Salt and Butter. Then, I had to return the coffee, it was below warm in temp.
Entirely to slow. And there always out of everything. From chicken to tea

Went to the drive thru to order $40 worth of biscuits for my family. I was told that I had to call that order in. I guess 10 biscuits at once is just too difficult for them to handle.
