Walked in noone acknowledges us what so ever there was a big line behind us stood there for 5 mins noone ever greeted us or anything to take orders so walked out got in car for drive thru and took 20 plus mins to get to window then got there n was asked to drive up n still had to wait longer walked inside n everyone was playing taking propped up definitely will NOT be back at thos location have never experienced this kinda service at any other bojangles in my life

Worse and slowest one around .. worker pulling his pants up over and over.. wiping hands on himself.. then touching everything.. opening the boround bags with hands not using tongs .. just nasty.. and that was just today 3/29/25. Pic also talen said date .. I've seen worse and and slower service... today was a 20 min wait for 2 biscuits... and have waited longer

Can't get service. The lobby is locked and no one in drive through. All 4 staff members sitting in the lobby eating place locked up. The Worst bojangles in the area. Don't waste your time. As you can see from the other reviews the owner has replayed to they clearly dont care either. This is not just today this is every day! No one will answer the phone when you call. They look at you standing at the door after 6am when the lobby is supposed to be open and look back at their phones.

We went to bojangles for some bo-berry biscuits and fries, and we had to wait but miko (I'm sorry I probably misspelled her name) came out and told us what was going on and was so kind and made it up to us for the wait. She is definitely the reason for the 5 star review! Food was great as well.

If your in South Carolina area, and if you want to bojangles, go to anyone BUT this one. There is a lady that works at drive thru in the morning, this morning when I went to drive thru to order my food, first off and foremost the biscuit sandwich I ordered tasted and felt very mold, it was disguisting. But that’s not my main concern. The way this lady was talking to me (I forgot her name) was very rude and nasty with me when I told her I wanted no cheese on my biscuit sandwich she gave me an attitude saying “next time you want no cheese say it before hand, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself” and that’s what really got me upset so then I told her straight up that “thats very rude of you to say, and it’s not fair that you are telling me this because you guys are taking my money”. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES !!!!
The order taker was nice but the food was not up to par. I was given a partial biscuit that was hard with an old egg and piece of cheese. This isn't the 1st time the food wasn't up to par but I believe in giving a business the opportunity to do better.

I don't mind waiting if they're cooking chicken or making macaroni & cheese but they seem to be always out of something at this location. Today, I was fine taking double macaroni & cheese because they were out of green beans at 6pm, but my biscuit is raw in the middle. It's some kind of problem every time even though it's never busy. The raw biscuit was just too much. Everyone was waiting patiently. Just cook the food all the way!

I come to this restaurant like everyday to every other day and I let it side once yesterday and now to day my tea is worse then before open my cup to find black stuff in side. I’m sorry as a pregnant woman I cannot afford to get sick because yall to lazy to change or clean anything fries are hardly fresh but I never complain till today
