I was having a really bad day. My dad had just passed away. The lady must of noticed and slipped a little hand written note to remind me that some people do still care.

This location regularly serves cold and/or unseasoned fries. I visited this morning as tasted my fries as pulling out of the drive thru, of course they're old, cold, and stale. I pull back through hand the fries back and ask for fresh ones. I was asked to pull up. After a few minutes another order of fries was brought to me. When tasted these new fries it was obvious that old fresh were dropped back in the grease and loaded with a ton of seasoning to try and mask the taste. There is always an issue at this location whether it's food quality or extremely slow service.

Tried ordering in Drive-thru, AI couldn't handle order, tried again and system wouldn't acknowledge order.

Tried to go inside, and there's only 2 people working. One on Drive-thru, and the other in the kitchen.

Both saw the line forming at the register of people trying to order but location was not staffed right to handle the amount of people.

Well it’s 8:30 on a Saturday and the dining room is closed. Nicest Bojangles around but everyone knows you can’t get Inside and a AI will take your order at the drive through.

Walked in noone acknowledges us what so ever there was a big line behind us stood there for 5 mins noone ever greeted us or anything to take orders so walked out got in car for drive thru and took 20 plus mins to get to window then got there n was asked to drive up n still had to wait longer walked inside n everyone was playing taking propped up definitely will NOT be back at thos location have never experienced this kinda service at any other bojangles in my life

Worse and slowest one around .. worker pulling his pants up over and over.. wiping hands on himself.. then touching everything.. opening the boround bags with hands not using tongs .. just nasty.. and that was just today 3/29/25. Pic also talen said date
.. I've seen worse and and slower service... today was a 20 min wait for 2 biscuits... and have waited longer

Can't get service. The lobby is locked and no one in drive through. All 4 staff members sitting in the lobby eating place locked up. The Worst bojangles in the area. Don't waste your time. As you can see from the other reviews the owner has replayed to they clearly dont care either. This is not just today this is every day! No one will answer the phone when you call. They look at you standing at the door after 6am when the lobby is supposed to be open and look back at their phones.
