We went to bojangles for some bo-berry biscuits and fries, and we had to wait but miko (I'm sorry I probably misspelled her name) came out and told us what was going on and was so kind and made it up to us for the wait. She is definitely the reason for the 5 star review! Food was great as well.

This was the third time that I had gone to this particular Bojangles and ordered a Buttered Biscuit with extra butter and never have gotten extra butter. They have great biscuits but the lodge and even when I asked for extra butter I get half of the bottom and half of the top completely dry and the half that has butter is barely scraped on. I have a feeling after three tries that I probably won't go to that Bojangles anymore. If they don't understand what extra butter...

Bojangles can be awesome when their biscuits are fresh, but THAT seems to be a tall order to fill for some reason! More than not this is usually how it goes and this is an example. The parts of biscuit up top was the HARD part that I couldn't eat because it was sooo hard, and it was both biscuits. I don't know about anybody else but I am really tired of bad service, bad food, and food that COULD be great, only if it was fresh!! All for higher than we've ever pd...
