Unclean restrooms: I have been working in this area for a week and have been stopping in to get breakfast. Notice the restrooms have not been cleaned in a week. Could be a red flag for unclaimed behaviors in the kitchen which could contribute to food related sickness. There need to be more training and attention to cleanliness and how lack of could contribute to food related sickness

Worst service ever, if a negative stars were available they would get it, they closed the lobby well before 9pm, made me order standing at the drivethru window in 28° weather, didnt have bo bites, then when I ordered a three piece white I got two wings, and they put two thighs because they didn't have breasts, didn't tell me just did it. Had they said something they would have found out I don't eat thighs. And this was the manager that took my order.

This is about their god awful curbside service! The whole point of curbside is to pull up and your food be brought out to you. Well this is the second time we have tried using the app and we check in on the app that we are here and then no one comes out and our food is just sitting on the counter!!! The lady today said we need to call them to let them know we are here?! What is the point of the app then!??? They just don’t wanna go outside and they don’t care and will leave you sitting outside no matter if you check in or call the store they not answering the phone! Everyone in here got an attitude like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The order is ALWAYS WRONG !!!

Went inside to order ss I never have been there for breakfast. Great selection for breakfast if you like biscuits, which is do. Staff was courteous and polite. The biscuits were great. Will consider going back.

My expectations aren’t very high but believe me when I say this place needs help. Nothing is clean, all the employees are on their phones, and it seemed like only 2 guys were running the whole show. I highly advise this location to get a better manager.

Went there 5:10 am to get breakfast thru drive thru they told me they open a 6am. The website clearly states they open at 5am smh

I went to this place at night and asked for my food fresh. The lady gone tell me they fryer are off for the night and that they just tool out the chicken 30 mins ago which also was a lie. My fries didn’t even have seasoning and was cold. I would never go to there again.

I ordered a chicken tender combo and a biscuit combo the morning of the 19th of September this year. Came up to the window, got my drinks right but received the wrong order. When I got home I came back with the receipt waiting another 15 minutes for the food. They only replaced the first part of my order. With fries that were completely rock hard and unseasoned entirely. The other half of the order wasint included.
