I don't know who is working drive thro today 10.17.24 at lunch but she probably shouldn't be dealing with paying customers. I've never heard so much attitude come from the drive thru speaker. Snapping the card outta my hand for payment and using a tone and words that scream "I picked the wrong job"
It took 15 minutes to get a pretty simple lunch order with only 2 people dining inside and nobody else in the drive thru line.
This place has gone downhill in the past year. I don't recommend anyone stop here. Cross over 101 and go to Wendy's if you're hungry. Spinx next door has better chicken also

I got up to the counter to try and place my order. I stood there and no one attended me. I over heard the staff tell a gentleman waiting for his food, say pretty much they were out on chicken breast, wings, etc... So without thinking about it I walked out of the restaurant.

Never open on time and I mean never. Work rotating weekends, cafe at work is closed Sundays. I alway get breakfast to go first thing in the morning.
For the last few months it’s never failed. Roll up at 6-6:30 and they are closed or someone responds to the drive through “sorry we aren’t open yet”
They either need to figure things out or change their hours.
Nothing special about the food, just regular fast food.

I ordered in the drive through. I got home and found that I was missing 2 of the 3 family sides that was supposed to come with the family meal that I ordered. I was also shorted 2 biscuits that I didn't notice until I got home. It doesn't matter which Bojangles I go to, none of them can ever get an order right
