Usually I have no issues here, however today I ordered and paid for a 5pc supreme combo with honey mustard, fries and a sweet tea. I was told to pull forward and waited about 5 minutes. When I received my food it was a 4pc combo with Cole slaw and BBQ sauce inside. Was in a rush and couldn’t return to get the right order, probably experiencing staffing issues. They also gave me no receipt.
I ordered via drive-thru today around 11:30. The biscuit was buttery and soft, the Borounds were hot and crispy. The drive-thru attendant was courteous. Perfect!

Multiple times orders for pickup are incorrect and the staff has a bad attitude not to make it right. Told me they couldn't do anything but I had to correct it from app for a refund. Really? Deleted the app and will never go to Bojangles again. Should be able to rate it a zero star.
