I loved this place but that last couple of times I’ve had problems with my orders, I’m not the type of person to get upset if they mess up my order. But if I’m paying for it I simply go back & in a nice manner address the problem. Bc maybe it was me who made the mistake however every time I go back they look at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about. For example I called in for an order & asked for a hot tea. & when I got there they didn’t give me my tea so I asked if I need a cup of hot water for my tea. & they looked at me crazy like if I didn’t just order it. To fix the problem go back check the order I made & simply tell me “oh we don’t have hot water.” Or “would you like something else to drink I’m sorry” but no they looked at me like I’m a karen pleaseeeee

Kevin is destroying this business. It would be better if he didnt ruin the experience of the diners by ridiculing the staff in front of customees.

While in the store the other day I witnessed an employee verbally assault a customer. Come to find out the customer was the mother of a teenage girl who works there. She had come in to chat with the young man there, goes by the name of Kev, about how he had been cursing and screaming at her daughter in the workplace. The mother was extremely calm and polite and he cursed at her loudly in front of the entire store which had other patrons in it. Super uncomfortable. Come to find out via her post on the local Facebook, the owner did nothing to fix the issue!! Bad employee and bad ownership. I left without purchasing and won’t be back. I won’t support a business that condones that behavior.

Good bagel shop in Greer, they serve breakfast and lunch here with a full service Boars Head deli. I got a Taylor Ham egg and cheese bagel sandwich a few times here and it was great! A little on the pricey side and the meat slices were very thin but I enjoyed it overall.

I really want to love this place. The bagels are really good but the staff. Oh my gosh. Could they be more indifferent? 30 minutes for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. You can see the staff barely moving behind the counter. It really is so sad. This could be a great place if their employees gave even an ounce of effort.

The bagels are not very good and service is slow. We went on a Saturday morning and it took 18 minutes to get 3 bagels with cream cheese. Bagels are dry and cream cheese is a weird texture. The cashier was friendly and prices were fair, but service was too slow for our liking and the food quality wasn’t there.

Its decent food. Can't really mess up toast in a bagel or frying an egg. Does the $2.00 butter, yeah, plain butter, does it come with an egg too? Or is really $2 just for butter? You got gouged is what I thought when I walked out. Not returning thats fixed. I'm also concerned about the consistent never ending turnover at this place. Management problem?

Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese but they didn’t “have any more” so I got regular and when I got all the way home (12 minutes away) they gave me a multigrain bagel with hella regular cream cheese. My boyfriend said his breakfast burrito was amazing though but he did wait 30-45 minutes for everything.

Been buyig bagels here for over twenty years. Great bagels. The owners and management sincerely seem to care about customer service and satisfaction. It is unfortunate that there has been so much good employee turn over. This may be reflected in the attitude of employer as well as employee. Prices by the dozen remain reasonable. Fact remains, it is still worth the drive.

I love Broadway bagels! The food is really good, but sometimes the bagel seems a little small? Other than that I love just grabbing a bacon egg and cheese to go, definitely recommend this place if your looking for a bagel in the Taylor’s area.

This review is for my last visit only. Previous visits have not been anywhere near the same. Best customer service offered by a very nice tall black gentleman. I could not stomach(pun intended) to pay $2 for 1-2 tablespoons of butter when the bagel itself costs $1.90. That is highway robbery no matter how you slice it. I get it. Prices are high and I'm sure butter is a big expenditure. But the math works on the retail side let alone the commercial side buying in bulk. Anyway. He was very pleasant when I had him void the transaction and ring me up for just a plain bagel. Which by the way are the best in the upstate. This place needs more employees like him!

Since the owner has run off all the good workers with her attitude this place is a joke now. I saw her getting mad and yelling at someone and I said that's enough for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I've been going there for over 10 years.
