The bagels are not very good and service is slow. We went on a Saturday morning and it took 18 minutes to get 3 bagels with cream cheese. Bagels are dry and cream cheese is a weird texture. The cashier was friendly and prices were fair, but service was too slow for our liking and the food quality wasn’t there.

Its decent food. Can't really mess up toast in a bagel or frying an egg. Does the $2.00 butter, yeah, plain butter, does it come with an egg too? Or is really $2 just for butter? You got gouged is what I thought when I walked out. Not returning thats fixed. I'm also concerned about the consistent never ending turnover at this place. Management problem?

Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese but they didn’t “have any more” so I got regular and when I got all the way home (12 minutes away) they gave me a multigrain bagel with hella regular cream cheese. My boyfriend said his breakfast burrito was amazing though but he did wait 30-45 minutes for everything.

Been buyig bagels here for over twenty years. Great bagels. The owners and management sincerely seem to care about customer service and satisfaction. It is unfortunate that there has been so much good employee turn over. This may be reflected in the attitude of employer as well as employee. Prices by the dozen remain reasonable. Fact remains, it is still worth the drive.

I love Broadway bagels! The food is really good, but sometimes the bagel seems a little small? Other than that I love just grabbing a bacon egg and cheese to go, definitely recommend this place if your looking for a bagel in the Taylor’s area.

This review is for my last visit only. Previous visits have not been anywhere near the same. Best customer service offered by a very nice tall black gentleman. I could not stomach(pun intended) to pay $2 for 1-2 tablespoons of butter when the bagel itself costs $1.90. That is highway robbery no matter how you slice it. I get it. Prices are high and I'm sure butter is a big expenditure. But the math works on the retail side let alone the commercial side buying in bulk. Anyway. He was very pleasant when I had him void the transaction and ring me up for just a plain bagel. Which by the way are the best in the upstate. This place needs more employees like him!

Since the owner has run off all the good workers with her attitude this place is a joke now. I saw her getting mad and yelling at someone and I said that's enough for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I've been going there for over 10 years.

My wife and I visited for brunch on our date day, and the food and service was the best we have gotten in a while. Courteous, fast, great portions, and made to order, without any issues.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Their bagels and cream cheese are so good and are always fresh. The bagels are soft even after being toasted. I love them so much. They have tons of different flavored bagels. And tons of different cream cheese flavors to pick from. You can also get bagel sandwiches there too.

When we lived closer to this area, we would come here for bagels. Most of the time, that’s all it was for. We recently ate breakfast here getting omelettes and a bagel. I will say my omelette was very good, but pricing seemed a bit high especially for the setting and ambience. It was more along the lines of what we would pay at a trendy brunch spot. I will note this was before the recent slaughter of tons of chickens driving up the egg prices so that was not a factor.

I got an omelette with ham, pepper jack cheese, spinach, and jalapeños. I have to say I did really enjoy it. The price was just meh.

Takes FOREVER to get food. Tried twice, waited 30 minutes both times for a bagel sandwich. Crazy.

Just had some bagels for takeout. Decent enough but nothing special. A bit dry on the outside and a little bland.

One person on the cash register and cooking at the same time . A line out the door. Took 15 minutes to get a toasted bagle.
