I love this brusters, but they can never get a doordash order right. I’ve ordered from here on door dash 4 times and they’ve only got it right once. I don’t know if they become lazy when it comes to delivery orders, but something is wrong.

Was great the first two times I went. Ordered blast with reeses and ordered extra..slam full.of reeses..last two times I went maybe one reeses chopped up to tiny bits when I ordered extra..what happened? It was good till it wasn't:-( disappointed i let it happen to me twice. Won't be going back...stinks when you pay for extra and don't even get hardly one reeses..and it's chopped up so fine it's like it's not even there

They cancelled my order on door dash!! & when I called and asked they said it was because they were “busy” told her that I was gonna reorder and she said that was fine she would make it happen Got off the phone Went to order and they changed the pick up to closed. So now I can’t order. Bullshit. Who does that? “Bc you’re busy” and I always leave a tip! ALWAYS when I go through the drive thru, like $10 at a time! Even when I get one ice cream! Never again will I order from this place! This is disgusting You’re supposed to want customers not push them away!!

It was a beautiful day so decided to let my fur babies ride for a dog sundae. The speaker was broken when I got there so it asked to pull around for order. It was about 4 vehicles in front of me so it was about a 7-10 min wait but the weather was nice so no worries! When we got to the window they had the dog sundaes ready she said bc they observed them through the window & they like to see dogs :) thanks for the complimentary dog sundaes my boys enjoy often.

This place is great if you just wanna grab a ice cream with some friends because they have a lot of flavors and it is a place where you can just go sit outside and eat ice cream
Dietary restrictions: If your lactose intolerant than I'm sure there are options
Parking: This place is never packed out it's just a place where you pull in and you get your ice cream almost right away
Ice cream options are great and awesome service. Love that the outside table area is kept clean

Ice cream is good but I am tired of being asked to tip someone for scooping ice cream into a cone. I finally asked about it and was told that the owners don’t even pay minimum wage. They pay the employees like they’re tip based servers. This is a completely unacceptable practice by the company.

Ice cream & service is great, however it is hot as blazes, because the front faces the afternoon sun. The covered sitting area helps,, but would be so much nicer with some trees blocking the road, because 1) it's ugly and 2) you cannot hear the person next to you.

Bruster's is a great ice cream shop but my 5 star is because they sometimes make the flavor White Galaxy. That flavor should be 11 out of 5 stars but Google Maps only lets me go up to 5.

We are usually very satisfied here. This time my husband didn’t get what he ordered. Extra hot fudge. He barely got any fudge. We were charged for the extra topping as well. Skimpy on the whip cream, too, for a sundae. The flavors of ice cream were very good though.Thanks for your understanding.
