I ordered a medium waffle and was shocked by the size. They should tell you how much is a small, medium and large. I had to throw 1/4 of it away. Very good ice cream.

Icecream is good, customer service could be better, staff isn't very engaging. Worst part is the seating area is absolutely disgusting, seats and tables are covered in months, probably years of spilt Icecream, they are sticky and grimy, everything needs to be powerwashed at least monthly, ants and bees are really bad because of the lack of cleaning.

I love Bruster's ice cream. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back because I don't want to be aggressively asked for a tip when I place my order. If I say no - are they going to mess with my food?

I love this brusters, but they can never get a doordash order right. I’ve ordered from here on door dash 4 times and they’ve only got it right once. I don’t know if they become lazy when it comes to delivery orders, but something is wrong.
Was great the first two times I went. Ordered blast with reeses and ordered extra..slam full.of reeses..last two times I went maybe one reeses chopped up to tiny bits when I ordered extra..what happened? It was good till it wasn't:-( disappointed i let it happen to me twice. Won't be going back...stinks when you pay for extra and don't even get hardly one reeses..and it's chopped up so fine it's like it's not even there

They cancelled my order on door dash!! & when I called and asked they said it was because they were “busy” told her that I was gonna reorder and she said that was fine she would make it happen Got off the phone Went to order and they changed the pick up to closed. So now I can’t order. Bullshit. Who does that? “Bc you’re busy” and I always leave a tip! ALWAYS when I go through the drive thru, like $10 at a time! Even when I get one ice cream! Never again will I order from this place! This is disgusting You’re supposed to want customers not push them away!!
