The oatmilk ice cream used to be so amazing and creamy, but over the last year or so it has become more of an italian ice consistency and has been lacking of flavor. I don't know if they changed the recipe or oatmilk used but unfortunately it's no longer my dairy free ice cream of choice
Icecream is good, customer service could be better, staff isn't very engaging. Worst part is the seating area is absolutely disgusting, seats and tables are covered in months, probably years of spilt Icecream, they are sticky and grimy, everything needs to be powerwashed at least monthly, ants and bees are really bad because of the lack of cleaning.
I love this brusters, but they can never get a doordash order right. I’ve ordered from here on door dash 4 times and they’ve only got it right once. I don’t know if they become lazy when it comes to delivery orders, but something is wrong.
