Just lucked into this local spot while traveling. We had the Cheesesteaks and tots. Great flavor and a serving staff that was friendly and attentive. We will definitely stop in if we pass this way again.

Food is great and the menu changes daily for specials. The service is a little slow, and the kitchen is too. Don't go if you don't have at least 90 mins to sit. It was 2 of us and took 10 mm ins to get drinks and after ordering 30 to 45 mins for food. Took the server over 20 mins to bring us a bill when we asked for it. However, the food is awesome and tastes wonderful would go again.

Went to Bubba Annie's for lunch and tried meat loaf with green beans and fried squash this time. Everything was very good! I was surprised how well the meatloaf tasted!! All around great place!

Not a good value for what you get or at least for the meat and two or meat and three. You get three times the food at A&P restaurant Highway 14 Greer. At least on this visit, the server did not listen to what I requested. I had to ask halfway through my meal for ice. I may give it a try one more time

I just returned from Bubba Annie's and one of the chicken livers was clearly uncooked. My son noticed it as well. The waitress took it to the back so her manager could inspect. She came back after a few minutes and said the manager thought it was cooked thoroughly (it wasn't). I also ordered 3 baskets of livers. She asked me if she could bring the order out in one basket (which I said was fine). We received 14 livers, which seemed less than usual. By the way, this is the second incident in the last 3 weeks. The last one was a waitress issue, but she did make everything right. This waitress today didn't attempt to make it right and instead I felt like I was gaslit over the uncooked food. I have been going to this place for years and until recently, everything was great, but unfortunately the last two visits were not.

Do not waste your money. This place is old, dark and dirty! It was understaffed but the waitress worked hard. Food was terrible.
