Being part of the airport food group you would expect a better situation inside. The fellow behind the counter was friendly enough but it seems like there is a major failure from management in training and supplies(out of ketchup, what is this 2020?) I’ve eaten here multiple times before as it’s convenient but I’m going to be skipping this place from now on. Everything was very greasy (more than is expected from a Burger King) and the whole experience felt very off. Hopefully y’all can work on this and get it back to a decent place to stop.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a BK. Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just to get cold food and to see the workers goofing off. Maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and 2 in the drive through. This place is awful. Never again.

I will never ever purchase any food or drinks from this restaurant again. Stopped in the purchase a Milkshake and the machine was not cleaned properly. It didn't agree with my stomach vomit all night long. The health department really needs to investigate this restaurant soon.

Definitely my most liked Burger King joint so far. Super clean bathrooms!!! Pat at the front desk was really sweet and patient while taking orders. Clean eating space. No weird smells anywhere. These things ensure a 5 star customer experience. Kudos to everyone at this facility.

I think the new thing is to pull every car to the parking lot and after you've waited 5-10 minutes to get your food in the parking lot, they come out and your food is still cold. That makes no sense to me. I understand the concept of your time in the Drive-Thru, but food should still be fresh and hot

Changing my rating to 5 stars. They were closed for a month or so and now I believe they are under new management and the staff is so friendly now! They did a complete 180 great job!
