Last Saturday I flew into GSP with my husband and son. We were in a rush to get on the road since we had an hours drive ahead of us so we grabbed two sandwiches and some fries from this Chick-fil-a. I grabbed the order and we ran to get our luggage. We get in the car only to realize that they only gave me the fries. No sandwiches.

Lovely team members. They were out of gluten free buns but when I told them I was gluten intolerant they went out of their way to make me fresh grilled nuggets to supplement.

Placed a online order walk in guy putting my food in the bag was wow that's a lot of large on the screen ..then make a comment about how many sauces I order then made a comment about getting my bag shut. Told the lady who handed my food i said tell him he can keep him comments to himself next time all she said was have a nice day. Terrible service ordered food for my whole family nothing but smart remarks.

This airport has lots of food options, especially at 5AM! This Chick Fil A was one of them. Decent service, they made and provided my food quicker than I could complete my sale, something the location at DCA could learn to do! My spicy chicken biscuit was tasty and piping hot. Definitely would recommend stopping in!

I've been in many chic fil as. This particular location needs to alot of work. Bathroom needed attention. And the floor was grimy. It's the little things that make the best impression.

Most chick fil a restaurants I go to get 5 stars which is the only reason I was tempted to give two or three stars. But employee was rude. My food order was wrong. Did not except the app rewards.

We had a large group of 20 people close to closing time tonight. Silas was our cashier, he was very patient and provided excellent service. I read his name tag. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of the other's names but they all deserve recognition for their hard work and efficiency. Everything was fresh and hot and they delivered it with a smile. This last stop was a breath of fresh air to our crappy day of canceled and delayed flights home. After working in the service industry for years, I know how challenging it can be to get hit at closing time. I just want to thank them for their wonderful service during our time of need.

On my way home i grabbed something to eat from the chick-fil- a at greenville-spartanburg airport. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich. The bread was so stale it fell apart. I took 3 bites and couldn't finish it. I asked for my money back. It was just awful.

The people who work here are so so. They obviously don't have great leadership. I gave a 1 because they will not give you water. Even if you buy a drink. Its not on the dispenser. Tell you to go down the hall. Obviously to sell overpriced bottles of water. Dry bread on minis. Chick-fil-a corporate you would be better off closing this location. It is hurting your reputation. This franchise is owned by a corporation. Why? This is not your tried and true business model.

To the rude woman who wouldn’t let an employee get fries during the end of breakfast because u couldn’t drop fries for another 3! Minutes!!
