The 2nd worse chic fil a I ever been to! Placed order on app. Waited in parking space at least 30 minutes! Get home and realize soooo much from my order was missing and the person that brung everything out said NOTHING didn’t offer replacement for the sauces or anything! They didn’t even give us plastic silverware to eat our food with! Was suppose to be no ice in 2 drinks and they both had ice I got a large fry and it was no where near full at all! The food was not hot it was lukewarm as long as we waited in parking spot would have thought they was making everything fresh. My first and last time eating at this chic fil a. No Polynesian sauce, no chic fil a sauce, no honey! But nobody said anything other chic fil a would let us know and give option to get something else before we leave but not this one they are terrible and can’t follow directions! You’d think how chic fil a hire people you would at least check to see if they can read and follow directions!

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit combos (not very complicated) waited forever. 7 other orders passed us only 3 of which came before. Then gave us the order without one box of hash browns. Normally this location is fast and efficient …. Not today.

Gross! Found this long hair in my sweet tea!!! I couldn't believe not a single person at least 5 women I saw had hairnet on. All look a mess with no care food safety care. Manager gave me attitude as if it was my fault. How can the "Best Airport in Northern America" have such poor food safety standards?

Exermerly pissed my son called to ask how much there milkshake are an they told him they would call him back in 7 days an hung up the phone.when I called back an asked for a manager.this woman an man are telling me in a creepy they no where I live an laughed an hung up phone.did someone leave a bunch of toddlers lone to work there?an when I called. Back to order they played more games an hung up on me.who ever owns store definitely ain't making no money
