My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I was hungry. My visa gift card was not working. Someone, I am guessing a manager seen me stressing out because the card was not working and they gave me my meal. I almost started crying in the middle of the airport.
My first time ever in a CFA hearing foul language from an employee. It’s expected everywhere else but not at CFA. Please make sure your employees keep it classy when talking to each other and within earshot of your customers.
