I don’t know what the hiring or training process is like, but I think the managers need to keep a better eye on the kids they hire. Ordered my food at the drive thru this afternoon (1/10/26) and the young man who was working at the pick up window and passing out orders was very obviously trying to impress the young lady working with him. he was putting on quite a show for her. Honestly, he was unprofessional. Talking with customers using a fake “flamboyant” voice (for lack of a better word), and walking to cars with orders as if mocking a certain group of people (which CFA corporation is known to dislike). after handing me my order after mocking said group of people, he called back to his young lady coworker, “Wow that was so gay.” … really? besides that, service was slow and food was mid. 2/5

Service is slacking down. Last order got a 10pc chicken mini, got 10 pcs of bread and 6 pcs of chicken. Today got my full order, but the added bonus of someone else’s order too. Win some lose some!

Every time I come to this chick fil a as a door dasher i waste valuable time waiting for orders. I do not experience this at any other chick fil a in the greater Greenville area. They consistently appear to be poorly managed, chaotic, and behind. I lose money nearly every time I accept orders from this particular store.

I was surprised at how cramped the drive-thru was at this location. There was a little bit of difficulty when switching from the two-lanes order-taking area down to the one-lane pick-up zone. Also, it was a bit complicated to leave the parking lot as you must cut across order-taking lanes and the cars exiting the parking lot. But the real problem was with the biscuit from my spicy chicken biscuit. It was tasty but crumbled all over my clothes and car interior. I was left with the delicious chicken meat and about 1/3 of the biscuit to eat. We love Chick-fil-A and I will go back when I'm in that area. But I think I'll skip the biscuits from now on.

I’ve been here 8 times and not once has the order been right.
They’ll hand you cups covered in sweet tea or soda, wrong items, I’m really not sure what the issue is.
Worst location I’ve been to for consistency.
Just go to the traveler’s rest location off Benton.

I just wanted to share the older woman bringing pick-up orders out to the parking lot this afternoon was wonderful. She witnessed another customer be rude to me in the parking lot and brought my order out and checked in with me about the interaction. She was so kind and great to talk to. My iced coffee was good as always!

There is a playground here. The staff is always friendly and kind. We love going here for lunch or a sweet treat with time to play.

This review pertains to a recent experience at the Chick-fil-A location in Greer, SC. While the food quality remains consistently excellent, the level of service and professionalism displayed by some team members was significantly below the standard expected of the Chick-fil-A brand, making this, in our opinion, the worst service experience we have encountered in the Upstate area.
Upon entering, we required an additional table to be placed next to our booth. My son attempted to adjust the seating when a team member, identified as Shi, abruptly stopped him and stated the table could not be moved. When I approached the front counter to request the accommodation, the request was immediately and easily fulfilled by another team member. The inconsistency and initial resistance were unnecessary, especially for accommodating a larger family. The most concerning issue occurred during the food delivery process. The team member, identified as Tyler, brought our order to the table. When I informed him that the food he was holding was ours (which was placed via mobile app), he acted reluctant to hand it over. I confirmed the items multiple times, yet he continued to ignore our claim until I spoke louder, confirming that the order was indeed ours. He then finally asked for the name associated with the order before releasing the food, despite clear verification of the items. His demeanor suggested a strong unwillingness to provide service. The food was, as always, hot and prepared perfectly. However, the interactions with team members Shi and Tyler compromised the entire experience. Chick-fil-A is known for exceptional service, and these behaviors, unnecessary confrontation regarding seating and reluctance in food delivery are highly questionable and unacceptable.

Every time I go to pick up an order at night it's stressful, none of the employees help, they spend it talking, instead of having the orders ready, they don't put them where they should go, none of the managers helps at all, apparently Chick Fil-a only hires useless people, at night the worst.
