We love this Chillis. Our waitress was Carie. Shes hands down the best we have ever had anywhere. She and my little girl made best buds real fast over chips. Our food was amazing, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. Even if we our picky people in our party. We had a party of 7 and Carrie treated each of us we were only individual customer. Highly recommend this restaurant in Greer.Kid-friendliness: My three kids ages 8-15 love going to Chili’s in Greer. Great atmosphere and fun

I WENT TO CHILI IN Greer South Carolina. My partner is a member and get free chips. He was sent for buy meal get 50 percent off. He pre sent coupon and when we got bill they had charged for the chips and had not given us the coupon off. The. server was fantastic and try to help but got manager named Eliysea . She was rude and would not work with us. We have gone there for 3 years and have alway loved it. We will never return where a manager talked down to us. We are 70 and she rolled her eyes and walked away saying hateful thing and her tone was rude. Thanks for listening to my complaint. We had Chilis as one of our go to not every again.

we were a table of 4, told us about a 25 mins wait, was wising for more than 45 mins and a manager came up to us and said “there’s a table of 4 about to leave” 15 mins after we STILL weren’t sat. waited there and sat for longer than an hour.

I’m sitting in the restaurant right now and it’s so good I decided to write a review while I’m sitting here. My steak was cooked perfectly. The manager is nice and our server, Ashton, didn’t miss a beat. Never an empty drink and we didn’t have to ask for anything, he anticipated all of our needs. the food was delicious. We came around 1:30 on Valentine’s Day. My partner had the bacon rancher burger and I had the sirloin steak.

First off..walking in the door the manager was seating us and I asked for a booth instead of the table, she acted as if it was against the rules. Told us we would have to wait bc the table was not clean, it was. Our server was THE BEST Tavon was his name. Our food came and the ribs were so spicy my head hurt instantly. Our server went to get a manager and someone came out and said bc it's a preference of mine, not bad on them she wouldn't do anything. Ok..so I just paid $28 for a meal I could not eat. First and last time ever going there. Which sucks bc the server was amazing.
