Chipotle Mexican Grill

The worst Chipotle in the area. It doesn’t matter if you order online or go in, your order will be wrong. I’ve had a few good experiences there, but the manager was the one who made my order.

My god!!! $27.81 for street Mexican is a crime. I hope this company files for bankruptcy. I'm never eating at any Chipotle locations again.

Employees seem overwhelmed and just don't care. Went through drive thru to pick up an order. Waited at the window 3 minutes while multiple employees looked at me and didn't come over. Finally someone does and asks rudely who the order is for, hands me the bag which was ready the whole time, and walks away.

great food and service but for some reason the past two times the music was playing so loud that i couldn't even hear the workers

I went here for lunch recently. The food was okay, I ordered a burrito bowl. The restaurant was pretty dirty. I noticed the cup lid holders at the drink station were especially nasty, looked like grime had been building up for weeks. Not sure I'll be back.

They now charge $1.60 per extra scoop of rice! Rice, probably the cheapest ingredient for them! I got charged for 3 extra scoops, a total extra of $4.80. When I questioned the cashier, she said she should have charged me for 4 extra scoops, not just 3. This is absurd! The first scoop of rice was so skimpy - it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl when spread out. Also, I get so few things on my bowl, just rice, lettuce, cheese, and a protein. It doesn’t make sense to charge extra for rice. I’m so disappointed. I love Chipotle food, but the serving sizes are going down while prices go up. It is becoming unaffordable. Very disappointed with this Chipotle!

This was a good location when I first started ordering here 2 years ago but the portion sizes continue to get smaller it seems. Extra beans is practically an extra teaspoon. I’m okay paying extra for guacamole but the amount I got from my last visit was quite disappointing. You are better off going to a grocery store down the street to grab some avocados. Again quite disappointed.

Ordered online, and picked up at the window.. $11.00 for this.. Think i maybe got 4 pieces of chicken which you can see it all in the pic... and a bowl about 1/2 the way full, complete disappointment. If it wouldnt have been drive through i would of told them they can keep it and i want my money back..

Super convenient that they’re open till 11 pm got off work late and needed a quick place to eat.

Most other chipotles are out of food during the late night shifts but the one guy working, I think Machai? was super helpful and still had everything in stock, hot and ready. Even with a bit of a late night rush he dealt with it perfectly. Great customer service.
