my fiance ordered my food online, very simple order for a very hungry pregnant woman. (burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese and queso) he drove 30 min here. i’m just very disappointed :( while it tasted okay because i have cheese at home, i feel like it was missing a whole crunch component that was very much needed. was yall out of lettuce?
Food wasn’t the best … had to wait a bit manager was doing some temps on the food instead of saying we will be right with y’all we got nothing but a dirty look and he walked away … music in the dining room area was extremely loud the workers couldn’t hear me order … please have a talk with the staff about customer service…

5 people on shift. Seemed one young lady was primarily working the line best she could. But our burrito the wrap was not warmed and the rice was undercooked. Had to wait quite some time for rice for my salad. NP.
My husband went to the cashier and politely informed him of the problem with his burrito. The young man simply shrugged his shoulders and offered no solution.
I eat at chipotle often and have taken the time to leave positives reviews and even expressed to managers when their store is run well.
This place was dirty. Drink machine overflowing with ice. Garbage cans full, trays stacked very high. Food all over the tables. Not their finest moment.
Food was really good!! Everything was fresh and the restaurant was very clean

My first and last time grabbing food from this location! Not only was my portion small but my rice was hard and dry. Since when did Chipotle started serving half portions of meat? Save your money and go to Cava.

Regular customer! Today I was overcharged for my food. I mentioned something to the cashier if prices increased. He stated maybe the others had been doing it wrong. This is not the case. I get the same thing every time I come in there or any chipotles that I go to. I love their tacos. I will not be visiting this location anymore unfortunately. I was so excited to have a chipotle close to home :(

Nasty. Unbelievable. All the tables were nasty. How does a manager not see this. Multiple people working there but no one to clean up? The auto phones will not let you speak to someone about this issue

Everything was dirty, tomatoes in the cheese, stale chips, and all the chairs were flipped on top of each other even though they were not closing for a few hours. Overall bad experience
Goated place
this is the worst chipotle ever. i had to ask for more rice because they literally put half a spoon in there. this is the amount of guacamole they gave me. this is insane for how much they charge for their food. they also forgot my lettuce and the vinegarette i asked for.
So I order two bowls, and this young lady behind the counter scoops a half spoon of rice and a half spoon of beans into the first bowl. I say hey can you add some more? What, rice? I wanted to say well yeah what did you just put on, duh of course. Then I look at the chicken… its dried crusted bits and scraps she is scraping from the bottom of the pan. I ask do you have more chicken? Fresh chicken? “Well yeah but it has to be cut up.” So I just stood there in amazement of the stupidity and said well Ok, cut it up then. She proceeded to continue to scrape the bottom of the pan. Excuse me I need fresh chicken please. I nearly asked her if she wanted me to cut it up. I could have done that 1/4 pan in 2 mins flat. I finally had to say please make another. Eye rolls… then a guy produces another 1/3 pan of fresh already cut up chicken. Funny how that happens. Now there are five workers behind the line. The first two ladies seem brain dead. Believe it or not… there are those of us who have been professional chefs for longer than these kids have been alive, who have worked in a variety of restaurants, who can walk in and immediately list several health code violations and issues within 5 seconds. But being in the industry for 40 plus years I also know what is critical and what can be overlooked. The food quality here has gone downhill big time since opening… and portions are much smaller. Some longer-term staff are solid. The new folks suck. Training is not happening. And I know because I am here at least once week. And I know because everyone has different portion sizes, and everyone makes their bowls and burritos differently. Do better.
