It was my first time in this place. and it was not to my liking, the place is very dirty. The tables, floor and windows are very dirty. the lamps in the place had cobwebs. It is pleasant and very satisfying, to enter a place and it is clean. but this place wasn't.

Ordered the Nutella bowl with açaí base and was surprised when the bowl was taken from freezer with açaí in bottom, which was freezer burnt and frozen solid, then fresh granola and fruit on top. maybe this is always how they’ve made them and I just happen to get a freezer burnt one, or they are changing it. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

I won't ever go here again. I had been coming here because I'm pregnant and it's the only thing I can eat. I had the door locked right in front of me. It was 8:02 and online it clearly states you're open past 8. I knocked and literally begged to have them make bowl and both staff members were incredibly rude and said "I don't know what to tell you."
