Completely different experience vs theIr other locations. First time they gave me two hot dogs so dessicated and obviously left on for much too long on buns that felt like concrete. Was not able to eat altough my family enjoyed their burgers. To be fair they offered to replace then but I didn't try again. Today I got two hot dogs with chili. Simple and hard to mess up, but they did. Appears they made them and then turned both upside down placing them in the bag. Either poor training or lack of care I can't say which it is. Once again family got burgers and were happy. Don't order hot dogs here. BTW have had many meals at the location in Spartanburg with no problem and honestly best chili ever. Like night and day. Would never guess they were the same chain.

They are pretty quick. Most of the staff is friendly but there’s one guy that’s kind of rude. For a chain, what do you expect. Love the shakes though.

Every time I order food from the drive through I’m missing items from my order. Getting my order took long enough you would think everything would be in the bag. Wrong. Burger was sloppy. Definitely won’t be back to this location.

It was the normal kind of busy for cookout on a Sunday, but I was highly disappointed in the amount of food in my tray, I only had about 7 fries in there, and I didn’t notice until I got home that they had put my milkshake inside another cup, when I went to pull the other cup out I realized they had busted a hole in the first cup. There was styrofoam in my milkshake and almost half the cup was just straight up peanut butter. They were lucky a kid didn’t get that shake with styrofoam in it, they could’ve easily choked! Won’t be back.

Besides those bomb Azz burgers, the okra is like superior to any place on the east coast. One bag isn't enough and you gotta eat them while they're hot.
