Half & half tea is not the same thing as an Arnold Palmer. Even after explaining this, and requesting "sweet tea with lemonade" my drinks were still remade wrong.. frustrating and disappointing. Speed without accuracy is null.

I'd say quite a long wait in a drive through for Disgusting food and poor customer service. Chicken quesadillas are like rubber, this food is not even fit for human consumption.

I always go to this place. The food was usually wonderful. However, currently they have new employees. I figure out why it called “Cook Out” Because the last cook is out.

Great place to go and eat. The prices are low and the food is good. Don't forget to try the milkshakes. Tons and tons of options.

This place has given me food poisoning twice already. I’m sure it came from the starberry milkshake or either the burger was too raw however, I know a few people who get sick from this specific cookout. I told my friend “cookout gave me food poisoning” and she replied with “of course, its always cookout”. This really made me not want to eat there again.

Went to this Cookout and asked for a 2 hotdog tray with cheese and ketchup with a cheer wine and a shake. They tried charging me $14 because adding cheese costs $4. Sure $4 is steep for shitty nacho cheese but not that big of a deal. Took the shake off the ticket and carried on. But they were extremely rude about me asking about the price and the guy taking the orders kept throwing his hands up and rolling his eyes at me (younger heavyset dude with black hair sitting next to the ordering system) while the older guy with dreads in the window tried his best to be respectful and helpful. However I ended up paying that $11 for 1 hotdog with a little ketchup and chilli, one plain corn dog, one of my sides, and a plain coke. Tried to call the restaurant to see if I could fix my order but they wouldn’t pick up and the customer service line was just an automated message

My wife and I pulled into to Cookout Greer,SC around 5PM 8/17/2024. There was an employee that came out of the restaurant and was heading to his vehicle. There was an employee that came out on his phone and was yelling at this employee. There was three to four employees that came out and stood near the door watching. So that was four to five employees not in the store working. That was so unprofessional. Their corporate office, district manager and regional manager needs to look at the cameras. They need to look into the management at this store for allowing this to happen. My wife and I eat at this location once a week. We will not go back to this location. We are seniors and did NOT feel safe. We won't patronize a place that allows this to happen. If they treat their employees like this we are done with Cookout. I feel very sorry for the employee that was being yelled out. It was threatening and none of the other employees stopped the actions of the one that was in the middle of the parking lot blocking cars from pulling in. Thank goodness there wasn't a car in his direction or he would have been hit the way he was acting. Please check the cameras. We have grandkids as well. So needless to say you have lost a lot of customers based on the reckless act of management for allowing this to happen.

I saw an employee in the parking lot at 5pm today on his phone in the middle of the parking lot and three employees standing outside while the one in the middle of the parking lot yelling at another person that looked like an employee walking to his car. This is so unprofessional. Something should be done about this. This is dinner time and people are trying to get their food. Not see a show. No one should be yelling in the parking lot at other employees while they are working. They should be fired. And the other employees too for watching it because they weren't working they were just watching the show. This is ridiculous. I will never be back. And management needs to do something about this. I will be telling everyone. Because this is scary having to go to a place like this, because what if that person would have taken it personally. I hope no one takes their kids to this place. I have contacted them on their website with no response too. So don't even try to call them because they do not respond.
