Just ordered 6 meals from the drive thru. The person taking my order had an attitude and wasn't very friendly. They were very impatient. None of our orders right. Ask for all cajun fries got none. Asked for no one got onions. Got none of the sauces or side condiments we asked for.

I always get cookout it’s good food , but lately this cookout has been inconsistent with getting the order right, I’ll order the chicken tender plate and sometimes I get 4 sometimes I get 3, sometimes I get a good amount of fries and sometimes it looks like there’s 8 fries in my plate . And I know it’s all the cookouts but y’all have terrible mics

This location has the good food you would expect and the staff is very friendly and are trying their best, however the service is lacking. The last two times I went there, my order was wrong, they gave me no napkins in the drive through, and when i dined inside, the temperature of the dining area was unbearably cold, probably close to 50 degrees. I think they are having a hard time finding people and are short staffed. I will go out of my way to avoid this location next time.

This is a quaint little fast food joint, but the quality of the food leaves something to be desired.
Asked for a Diet Coke and idk what they gave me but it’s obviously loaded with sugar. It’s like they accidentally started to give me sprite and caught themselves but instead of dumping it out and starting over, the filled it up the rest of the way with coke and called it a day.
Also, they put ketchup on my burger instead of mustard.

Well they ruined it. Hamburger is now no better than a cheap McDonald's one. What a shame. Use to be the go to place for a real burger great flavor. Not worth buying. BLT is good, fries excellent, best shakes ever. Just wouldn't waste the money on a burger.

Their food, it's not my favorite although the few times I ate there it wasn't old it just isn't that great tasting to me. It's very bland and they never have any sauces. The 5 stars is for their shakes. Best shakes in town for sure.
