worst steak I've ever purchased. Great waiter decent salad steak is horrible potato is very small. like yall care though or yall wouldn't have a 62% feedback rating. stop treating your customers poorly.

We always enjoy our meal here, whether it's steak, shrimp or a burger. The atmosphere has a lodge feel, kind of dark, with a central fireplace in cold seasons. The salads are large and we love the warm bacon dressing!

I always enjoy the food.
Had a club (don't like the texas toast, too much bread)
Had a salad. Everytime I go here I get a salad, they just do a great job with the fresh salads.
I have had Ribs in the past numerous times..... Awesome!

Everything was great, however, when I got there, they had many many tables empty but I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I opted for the bar instead and was able to eat right away.

I ordered a $27.00 sirloin steak. Medium. It was nothing but fat. Had a hard time cutting it. You might want to ask them if you could view the steak before they cook it. I would be careful about ordering that piece of meat. The salad was just iceberg lettuce with cheese and some bits of tomato. The sweet potato was okay.

Hello, my experience at Copper River was different yesterday evening. As we entered the building, the host was nice and respectful. The manager he turned his head when he saw us. Okay, moving on the host sits us down in a booth. She was nice then our waitress came and she was amazing. Thank you to the hostess and waitress for being respectful and nice.

The manager walked past our table never spoke, turned his head the other way. Rude, disrespectful, and he made the atmosphere horrible. I was taught as a cashier or it doesn’t matter to treat people right. He went to everyone’s table and spoke to them. He cleaned the table in front of us and behind us. Not a word! This is the person that is the leader. My question is how can you lead , when you do not know how to lead? How can you say you’re professional, when you’re not?

Speaking and greeting customers does not cost a thing. I give him a zero and I pray for his staff that they are treated better than we were. To the cooks thank you. The food was great and shout out to you all.

Service was terrible. Steaks and bread came out way before drinks. The server rarely stopped by. When we talked to the manager he basically screamed at us. I do not recommend it.
