I’m a first time customer, so I don’t know the way it usually goes. The employee Kayla stood there 10 feet away with her AirPods in for 3-5 minutes wiping walls and doing everything she could besides address me. I was waiting for her to finish, so that I could get my online order, but it became clear that she was ignoring me intentionally. I’m a little confused at the treatment. Both girls didn’t address anyone that came in and were pretty rude with giving orders as well. If that’s how it always feels to come to Crumbl, I won’t be back.

Very disappointed in this location’s service. Entered the store expecting to be greeted to have my order taken. I was unaware that employees no longer assist with that. Thank goodness for the random patron who told me. I stood there waiting for four minutes while both ladies pretended not to notice me.
Neither of the two ladies said a word to anyone other than to call my name For my order.
Kayla was the shift lead.
I even inquired about whether them being short staffed was the reason for their cold and aggravated demeanor. She advised it was because they “ran out of stuff.”
Last time going to that store—I’ll continue to support the one on Woodruff road.

Unfortunately I’ve had hit or miss results with this Crumbl. 2/3 the time everything in my order is delicious and great, but the other 1/3 it’s wrong. Recently, we had the wrong order delivered with drinks missing - to which the staff told us it was just the delivery drivers fault. I’m not sure how the driver would make sure the right cookies are inside the box since Crumbl tapes the box shut though.

I went to a Crumble store (In Greer) for the very first time to get some birthday cookies. I don't know the the young man's name (I believe he was the manager) but I want to give him 5 stars for being so helpful, so kind and patient with me. He went into detail on how to order, how to order things in the future, how cookies were made in house and even gave me a sample. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Well done Greer Crumble! I will absolutely make more cookie purchases from this store and more than likely this store alone because of the employees.

The two girls closing on 11/1 had terrible customer service as they just looked at us when we came and didn’t even greet us. The girl who got my cookies aggressively placed and opened the box. Then closed the box, pushed it and walked away. I just wanted my cookies; don’t remember ordering a side of attitude along with it.
