Never ate at this specific location, I went for an interview. But even without consumption, the visit was amazing. The staff was friendly, inviting, and helpful. They were packed with smiling faces and the service was so quick. People normally wait for 7 to 10 minutes for a fresh burger but not here. The drive-thru was moving cars every minute or so. Truly an amazing place. Will be eating here soon. I've eaten at other various locations in the area like Lauren's Rd and Woodruff which were 5 stars imo, hopefully, this one is the same.

Food is great and the variety is better. Prices are a little on the pricier side, and parking is a tad challenging, but it works when I need the burger itch scratched.

Half hour wait for cold fish, soggy fries and no tartar sauce(I requested extra and they even put it on the ticket). Seriously ridiculous would give zero stars if I could. When I called about it, they had no apologies and the lady was rude as can be then hung up on me. If I played that game at my job, I would be fired. Glaring difference from when they opened. Gross food and careless then angry service.

My family and I went there to eat dinner tonight. Everything was good. My granddaughter burger was pink and the young gentleman that I told was very helpful and replaced it for us. The thing that got me tonight that I give this restaurant a low score was that whitin 5 minutes of me waiting for my ice cream and my take-out order two of the employees walked up the the ice cream and took spoon full of ice cream and eat it. Yes, they threw out the spoon after they took the bite, but it's not their home that they can just go to the freezer and eat out of the ice cream bowl whenever they want. It's a restaurant and there needs to be a higher standard of hygiene then that.

On Sat Oct 5th I tried calling to speak to someone about a pick up order problem and the phone is not working. I assume because of the storm. So, I sent an email to reach out to someone about the one item I had not received with my order and my email was blocked. I'm not sure if this was deliberate. My email was cordial. All I wanted was credit for the one item I never received. I would have given 5 stars but took 2 off for one item being missing and having my email blocked unnecessarily.
