Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Son ordered barbqd chicken nuggets. Photo showed chicken nuggets in barbq sauce. He received plain chicken nuggets not even with a small sauce added to bag.
I ordered Chili cheese dog. Received a plain chili dog. I put a little cheese from home on it. It was so overcooked by the microwave that the hotdog was hard to chew. Called the store and was told to come back and they would refund.
Also, DQ get their hotdogs already cooked but frozen. They turn around and REcook them in the microwave to make them hot. Honest to God it was like biting into a Slim Jim but not as tasty.
We are NOT driving back another 15 minutes for the refund. That would be a total of an hour travel time and gas for a $15 order.

Never have what you order on the app and they don’t refund you.
Don’t Pay any attention to their hours because they definitely don’t follow what it says online. Had an in-store pick up and the doors were locked and the drive thru is slow so your food is cold by the time you get it. This was us trying them for the 4th time and it’s always something.

SC location had fresh made food. Better than the other states I have visited. Fast food in SC is two for two now. Very surprised.

How does an ice cream place run out of chocolate ice cream? I ordered on DoorDash and just received a vanilla milkshake (which I don’t like) and they wrote on the top “no choc left.” Couldn’t even improvise with some chocolate sauce or something? 2 items were supposed to have chocolate ice cream and we received vanilla. It’s not even close to closing time either. I’m really disappointed.
