The person who was working that day at the window had great customer service skills nice and made sure it was correct and made sure we had napkins and straws spoons and made sure we had drink trays a 10 plus I rate this place for good customer service and great food and a great experience at the drive through I would recommend going here anytime. And the $7 meals are worth it so good.
Worst service. Order taker got it all wrong and I ended up paying almost $20.00 for a chili cheese hotdog , a very small fry, a soft drink.
Ridiculous! That’s not what ordered. DQ use to be my favorite but now it’s on the back burner!
I bought a medium size cheesecake strawberry blizzard yesterday. The cost was 7.01 I got a little over one half of cup with vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate (fake chocolate) pieces in it.
If I had not had to be some where I would have taken it back!! AWFUL & A RIP OFF!! I used to go there almost every day before covid and it was always wonderful!! I don't know who's in charge but they are not running the show unless it's a circus
Dairy Queen is running a special for a $0.85 blizzard after at least a $1.00 purchase but must be through the app. So I opened the app and right there it tells of the special and below it says order now. So I selected order now but there is nothing showing the special. I went ahead and placed the app order figuring it would be sorted out when we went to pick up the order. Wow! Was I wrong! The drive thru young lady said she couldn’t help me so I told her to take the blizzards back and credit my cc. She said she couldn’t do that but did I want to talk to the manager which I said yes, thank you. He came to the window and said he couldn’t talk to me at the window because other customers drive thru orders would get cold, never mind our blizzards which we have in hand are melting so he told me to come inside, which I did. He was not interested with us getting a credit and initially told me there was nothing he could due, so I told him this will be the last time we come here, and he responded that he & his store have nothing to do with app specials. To make a long story short, I had to reorder an app order and he did show me the correct way to do it, then he said he’s going to his office to do a credit. Mind you all this time my wife is outside in the car with our blizzards. After several minutes he came back with what he says is the credit. I thanked him and said I’m going to the car so we could now drink our blizzards. I left after saying maybe he has no control over app orders?, but he does have control over his stores customer service, of which he provided none of. We WILL NOT be back to this location!
their bathrooms are trashy and nasty, on free cone day (march 20th) today. we tried getting a free cone but couldnt because they didnt have anymore small cones, how do you not have enough? their tables were broke and food/trash all in the floor. 🤢🤢
INSANELY SLOW because they are understaffed. One person working drive thru and kitchen while the manager is training a new employee at dinner.
Cashier was so nice.
Looked like no one was working very long line and blizzard barley had anything in it which is the usual here

I regularly place door dash orders for a frozen hot chocolate. The menu shows whipped cream as one of the toppings that it comes with as well has an option to remove the whipped cream if not wanted. I have ordered these for years and always get whipped cream on them. The first time door dashing one from this specific dairy queen, they put whipped cream on it, and it was amazing. The next couple of times, it wasn't on there. I tried calling the store, and no one answered. The next time I ordered one, I spoke with my dd driver to make sure it was on there. The worker told them it was, and when I opened it, it did not have whipped cream. This time, when I placed the order, I got the store to answer. The girl on the phone said she couldn't put whipped cream on dd orders. I requested she do it anyway. She put me on hold and said she called the manager to ask if she could and said the manager said that she could not do what I was asking and I only got the advertised whipped cream if I came to the store myself. This is extremely bad business. I should get a discount on my item if I can't get all of the ingredients that is supposed to come with it. It would be different if I wouldn't have received it one time with the whipped cream, and it was completely perfect. So, the fact that she says they can't because the whipped cream melts is not true. Highly disappointed!

They have the best tasting ice cream. Reminds me of when I was a kid on a hot summer day. Its on of my favorite places to get ice cream.

Drive through service is VERY slow!
Great service from the owner. Cheeseburger was good and strawberry sundae was awesome.
