I would give zero stars if able to!!! I was here at 1129 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., Greer SC location. Tuesday 11/26/24 at 11:29 AM. My mom and I ordered a few things. 2 items were ok. The other 3 ranged just ok to disgusting! My cookie frozen coffee didn't have crunchies on it, my grilled cheese was inedible. Not toasted at all. Honestly like microwaved rubbery and soggy bread. My mom ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte with 4 Splenda. Note: this is the only DD drink she ever orders and has been for years. She took a couple sips and stated that it just tasted like milky water. I told the girl right away. She gave a bad attitude and went and got another girl who stated well that's how the drink is built. We tried to explain that there's only a watery milk flavor. She huffed about it and asked if we want her to make a new one? DUH!!!! YES PLEASE. She came back with the same exact drink and stated that she put more vanilla in it. It was still disgusting. The worst part of this whole thing was the attitudes of these 2!!! My daughter in law warned me about this DD. Horrible waste of my time and my hard earned money! If these girls were in my restaurant, they would've been out of a job right then and there! I went down to the DD on the other end of Wade Hampton. Thank you Shondrika for being so wonderful and mad mom a perfect Latte.

Absolutely worst experience I have had at this place . Hashbrowns were soggy and not eatable and not to mention the bacon egg and cheese croissant was hard as rock . Won't be back here . So if you want breakfast the from here just save your money or go elsewhere.

We went through the drive thru and order 2 breakfast wraps and 2 orders of hasbrowns and were told that "with that much food it's going to take a while" we replied that we were willing to wait and had more to order and she said "what do you want us to do, shut down the whole store?". My husband went inside to speak with the manager who refused to speak to him and brushed us off like it wasn't a big deal. This was the most unprofessional and rude experience ever. We will not be back and you need to find new management and staff.

Been going here for years and they are great! There was a time span where they were out of doughnuts a lot but haven't had that issue in a while now. Friendly staff and delicious coffee! I was so happy the Sunday after the Hurricane went through and Duncan was open and serving customers. Gave me a sense of normal in the middle of chaos.

I never really go to Dunkin much but went 1 morning for breakfast, and it was a terrible experience. For 1, I went thru the drive thru for "2" items, only for it to take AT LEAST 20 mins, to the point I was not very happy at all and just about to go in, but then I saw a guy walking towards me with a bag and as he handed it to me honestly I expected to hear some kind of something that would resemble some kind of excuse at least, OR apology would have been even better, but instead he said nothing and turned and walked back in. So for me that was all it took for my 1st trip to Dunkin to be MY LAST! Not that they probably care at all! And that's the problem. Most restaurants have gotten this way!! As prices have soared, service and quality have went way down, and it's ashamed!!! I know because I have to unfortunately eat out at least once a day if not twice, day in and day out, for yrs now, so I think i'm pretty qualified to say these things. Give us a break here, were TIREDER than TIRED!!!! And I know I'm NOT the only 1. And I didn't even mention that once I ate it only minutes later, if that, it wasn't even worth it all. Sooooo, will not be back! I really thought more of DD.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but after my husband got breakfast this morning here I had to. Last several times we have ordered or eaten from this location the hash browns are always cold, not cooked AT ALL. My husband ordered me a bacon egg and cheese bagel, they gave him a burnt, hard as a rock sausage egg and cheese “bagel”. I still love the coffee and the apple spiced donut is my favorite donut ever! But, this location needs to change something because it’s not right that we pay over $30 for breakfast and that’s what we get.

As a tired DAD, I know coffee. Trust me on that one cause nothing like some caffeine to help us parents kick start our day!
My favorite thing about this place is that the sizes are still simple, and American. Small, medium, and large. It doesn't get more straightforward than that. Who wants to think about a venti, grande, and tall?! Like what the cluck is that. That's more complicated than it needs to be, and this dad likes things straightforward!
So next time you're hitting the road, make sure you stop by Dunkin' Donuts to get you a little pep in your step; before you make sure the whole fam has used the bathroom before hitting the road!
They dont have any kind of sauces, no cutlery. And Avacode toast we ordered was burnt.
