This location is a joke... The employees who work here are lazy and ignorant. I went inside to order and after an unreasonable wait, I was rudely told that they can't take my order from inside because it is 7 pm so I will have to go through the drive-thru... When did this become a thing???

But since y'all didn't want to take my order from inside you lost a customer because I just took a quick drive down the road to Starbucks and ordered from inside and I enjoyed my good-tasting coffee from Starbucks.

Mobile orders are kept behind the counter hidden from view on the side you order from. Zero signage to tell you that mobile orders need to be asked for....which means if there is a line, you have to wait.

Makes no sense at all and I'm surprised no one at the Corporate office has audited this location to resolve that issue.

Awful service, make me wait a lot. And we was the only customers at that time.... No professional at all, all of them. I make an order of $33.96 and I want to pay with a $50.00 he just has to give me back $16.04 and he said we don't accept $50.00

So, I don't know if he know math, but what about if I only order a coffee with a $20.00? the change is almost the same....

And by the way, the place was very dirty, he went to speak with someone else, the lady said to wait but after the guy attitude we decided to left, SO DD YOU ARE MISSING BUSINESS FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS !!

Do not order online. You’ll stand there waiting until they decide it’s time to hand you your bag of food that’s been sitting out for 10 minutes. Showed up and got my coffee. There was a bag of food behind the counter (no idea it was mine or I would’ve asked for it) after 10 minutes they picked it up and called out the name. Don’t know how you prepare a bag of food and don’t put it in the “ready” area. Got home with cold food, didn’t want to wait on anything to be remade and my coffee get colder and wife’s iced coffee to have ice melt.

This has happened twice now somehow.

There was a lot going on the day that we went. They were getting a facelift. They were low on donuts. My two year-old had won a prize for going to the bathroom consistently. She wanted one with sparkles, but they were out. Pegasus put a smile on all of our faces. He was so kind and funny. We really appreciated his upbeat attitude even though they didn’t have sprinkle donuts in stock. He still made my daughter’s Day. Thank you, Pegasus and thank you, Dunkin’ Donuts.

Went in to get a donut and dunkin refresher. Was told to use self serve kiosk. They then progressed to take the order of the person behind me. Never could get kiosk to scan my phone for points. Ended up walking out. Better service all the other Dunkins.

Came by with my mother to this Dunkin after a long drive and long day. DeAndre and his manager were amazing! The coffee was great and the service was even better! They had smiles on our faces and really made us feel comfortable and important. They deserve raises! The dunkalatte and signature latte were amazing!! I hope management treats them both well! You don’t find amazing people like this often! Thank you guys so much!!! You two are a blessing to this earth đŸ„°

awful service. Had to wait 20 minutes before getting my three items; frosted donut, egg and cheese wrap, and avocado toast. When I finally got it the cheese on the wrap was completely burnt and not good. And I’m not impatient, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe they’re busy, but when i pulled up i saw them dying laughing at multiple things and staring at me. Overall shockingly bad service which resulted in me being extremely late

This location is a quarter mile away from my house. I use it for the convenience online ordering the app is always best. The coffee is never consistent unfortunately. Inside is not always the cleanest. And the service the well the kids that work in there are friendly, but Overall, I’d say three.

i doordash a large iced coffee and it's 3/4 full like what's that all about, same thing happened to a friend of mine but she was in the drive thru and they laughed in her face. wth is going on at that store they need some crew rework
