Why on earth is there Flamenco music playing in here?!? It's all in Spanish for one thing. But it's a particular taste, def not for everyone. So why play it in your PUBLIC establishment? It's also really loud. It's 8am and I'm trying to have my coffee in peace. Not with Mexican music blaring. So loud, even with my Bluetooth ear buds in with other music it was still loud. Also, many people came in, in the hour I was here. Not one stayed. Why not Italian opera or Celtic music? Anything else.

1 bacon egg and cheese croissant with hash browns and a medium black. Cinnamon raising bagel toasted with hash browns and a medium ice Blueberry. 3-5 minutes at window handed food, checked bag was missing bagel and hash browns. I offered to pull forward to be courteous to the long line behind me. Another 3-5 minutes comes out with a bag of food, missing hash browns. She returns to the store and comes back out to tell me you weren’t charged for them, come inside and reorder if want them…bagel was thrown away it was horrible…

Well obviously the food is good because I wouldn't go there if I didn't like it but they are very slow and when you asked about certain things nobody ever knows what they are nobody knows what goes in them. These kids are just plain lazy.

I just ordered 2 dunkalattes had to dump them both out…what is going on with these I have tried for 3 weeks now 3 different Dunkin’s and none of them taste good like doesn’t taste anything like it should so sad my fav no more 😭

Well what can I say, early this afternoon I stopped at Duncan Donuts and as I was walking out of the bathroom I hear this older women yelling at the young ladies at the counter asking them if they were dumb and blind I could not believe what I was hearing, the girls kept their composure the entire time an remade her drink till she was satisfied but she just kept acting out her husband looked annoyed at her lol poor man Anyway I love Dunkin donuts never had a bad experience at this location or any other, felt bad for the girls. But on the other hand I left happy with my drink 😍
Horrible and rude staff. My husband and I went inside this morning before my nail appointment. They didn’t do my coffee right, and when I told them, that’s when the attitudes started. There were 3 girls and one boy. My husband had asked if they had rung us up correctly bc a large ice was $5. They first didn’t put enough flavor or milk when asked, then when the girl who remade it yelled at me and said “it’s skim NOT cream” maybe I should have drank it with cream and ended up in the hospital with a law suit against Dunkin. Overall disappointing and disgusting. I will be contacting corporate.
