Dunkin'

The service was very friendly and helpful, even at 5am.
But, as far as coffee goes… it’s a Dunkin, so don’t expect coffee shop greatness. However, the “large” latte wasn’t large - it had about two inches at the top of the cup and fit into my 12 ounce travel mug (it definitely wasn’t 16 oz).
The omelet bites were great though.

Bad service

Terrible service. The lady at the front was extremely rude. She literally threw all the donuts in the bag. Someone like that shouldn’t work in customer service.

This was the only place open for breakfast for an early flight out. The folks here worked in a team so well! They moved the line of customers quickly and smoothly. Out of all the places that have tip jars they didn't, but gladly would have tipped this deserving team. Thank you for helping us towards a smooth day of travel.

I ordered a hazelnut latte and paid for it. They called out and handed me a plain latte. I tried it and brought it to her and asked for the hazelnut to be added. She told me it already had. So I stirred it and tried it again. Definitely no hazelnut. She would not add the hazelnut. Why ruin someone's morning because of a few pumps of hazelnut. I gave it back and told them to dump it. Not good customer service.

Usually I get good service here but today was different. I asked for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes just to get to the window and see that I have regular bagel with regular cream cheese. Should’ve been stated at the speaker and I would’ve ordered something different. They tried argue me down they told me at the speaker but was never stated. Horrible service.
