This was the only place open for breakfast for an early flight out. The folks here worked in a team so well! They moved the line of customers quickly and smoothly. Out of all the places that have tip jars they didn't, but gladly would have tipped this deserving team. Thank you for helping us towards a smooth day of travel.

I ordered a hazelnut latte and paid for it. They called out and handed me a plain latte. I tried it and brought it to her and asked for the hazelnut to be added. She told me it already had. So I stirred it and tried it again. Definitely no hazelnut. She would not add the hazelnut. Why ruin someone's morning because of a few pumps of hazelnut. I gave it back and told them to dump it. Not good customer service.

Usually I get good service here but today was different. I asked for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes just to get to the window and see that I have regular bagel with regular cream cheese. Should’ve been stated at the speaker and I would’ve ordered something different. They tried argue me down they told me at the speaker but was never stated. Horrible service.

Dunkin’ corporate should NOT allow airport franchisees like Hudson to not accept the app – and thus not participate in the Dunkin’ Rewards program. “We don’t take that,” I was told… without even an apology. In protest, I cancelled my order.

This review is for the location between the A and B concourses (after you've gone through security), 10/23/2022 at about 8am. This location is very efficient, and I got what I needed: a relatively healthy (by fast food standards) breakfast sandwich and coffee. The saying is "Northern efficiency and Southern charm", I think, but this location was efficient and friendly.

They had ran out of half the menu items, the service was incredibly bad, and I was charged for a medium drink when I ordered a small. Do not recommend.
