Rude customer service. Cashier with brown locs had an RBF, and after I ordered a milkshake and donut really said “oh I know your stomach is gonna hurt”. I don’t come here to be judged by a smart mouth who hates her job. Gross!

B&R has no ice cream.

8am on a Monday and the place is still closed, the girls have attitudes as if they rather stayed home in which they sure have. I seen at least 10 people walk up to the half closed gate looking confused as to why they aren't fully opened.

Friendly staff and the place was really clean.

I was there November 9 around 2:30pm and i ordered an ice cream cone and instead of the young girl handing me my ice cream cone she sat it on the counter... HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!! There's a Virus that killing people left and right and she had the NERVE to sit my cone on the counter!!!i UNACCEPTABLE!! GIVE THOSE young girls training in DIVERSITY... I know exactly why she did it!!!

This spot is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Consistently neat and with fantastic atmosphere. Will come visit again.

Doesn't accept app for payment, very disappointed

Arrived just before 5am and the place wasn't even open yet. Disappointed

So we ordered a cake from here for Easter. We had previously ordered a Basbeall cake for my sons bday and it was awesome. Well the bunny face cake not only tasted stale it looked like my 4 year old had decorated it. And that was not the look we were going for. See the photos below of what we ordered and the cake we were given ?? the icing didn’t even cover the cake on the sides. I feel like if your a business offering cakes they should at least be iced properly. We will never order a cake from here again and will sway everyone else away from this store

Service was really slow. We went inside thinking we would get served quicker. The coffee was good and the donuts were so-so. I think these guys are trying to go too much with the sandwich menu and it is taking their emphasis away from the coffee/donuts specialty that has served them well over the tears. We did not have any ice cream and it really did not look that tasty at 8:30 AM.

Not as good as Krispy Creme doughnuts or service. My family won’t be coming back we will stick with the other doughnut shop down the road.

Waited awhile for drinks just to find out machines are broken. Employees didn’t know anything about the machine or even how to give a refund. So had to wait for a manager
