Dunkin Donuts And Baskin Robbins

Rude customer service. Cashier with brown locs had an RBF, and after I ordered a milkshake and donut really said “oh I know your stomach is gonna hurt”. I don’t come here to be judged by a smart mouth who hates her job. Gross!

B&R has no ice cream.

We stopped this morning around 11:00am. There were two ladies having coffee and no one else around. There were 2-3 girls behind the counter, they kept looking back at us and never said a word. We tried the self order thing on the counter. It did not work, not once did any of the girls approach or even acknowledge us. We finally walked away, will not give this place any business. Totally disgusted, so much for customer service. Will not be back, although I am sure they could care less.

8am on a Monday and the place is still closed, the girls have attitudes as if they rather stayed home in which they sure have. I seen at least 10 people walk up to the half closed gate looking confused as to why they aren't fully opened.

Never open on time , when they are open they have the rudest staff ever. Every weekend for the last two weeks it’s been horrible- the guy that works there in the morning cannot make coffee to save his life! Grinds in the coffee, half and half was curdled and slow as molasses! There was a girl that ran this place and it was great always open on time, coffee was good now it’s all gone to crap since whoever took over! I am now forced to go to crappy Starbucks!

I was there November 9 around 2:30pm and i ordered an ice cream cone and instead of the young girl handing me my ice cream cone she sat it on the counter... HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!! There's a Virus that killing people left and right and she had the NERVE to sit my cone on the counter!!!i UNACCEPTABLE!! GIVE THOSE young girls training in DIVERSITY... I know exactly why she did it!!!

We had been shopping in the area. Kohls. Home Depot, etc. Thought we would stop and bring home a dozen donuts. We went in to the store to pick out our order. I am not able to wear a mask (Had no problem in aforementioned stores). Manager came at me like a lunatic as I did not have a mask. (Health) This was a TO GO order. My husband had on a mask - I had a napkin on my mouth.... She refused us service and acted like we had contaminated the entire environment (Even though we never even got near the Plexiglas! She refused service to my husband whom was wearing a mask. Not a Friendly Place! Left embarrassed and in tears! Advise? Stay Far Far Away!

This spot is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Consistently neat and with fantastic atmosphere. Will come visit again.

Doesn't accept app for payment, very disappointed

Plan to get there early. Went around 3 pm got a dozen donuts. Got home was having friends over. The donuts where nasty. Where dry, stale. Unfit to eat. Let mtg know, said would replace. Have sent message on getting my replacement But no luck.

Arrived just before 5am and the place wasn't even open yet. Disappointed
