Love Eggs Up! I went in Saturday and had Colton as my server, (always ask for him, he's the best!) He got my food out quick and my glass never ran empty. Very efficient and overall wonderful service!

I am usually the one who never sends anything back at restaurants. I just eat it, deal with that it is incorrect and never plan to return. What happened at Eggs Up in Greer was a first.
I ordered the classic breakfast; 2 eggs overeasy (came out barely cooked and no seasoning not even salt and pepper) bacon (looks microwaved and very undercooked) wheat toast (not actually toasted) and grits (the grossest looking and tasting grits I've ever had in my life) whoever was in charge of cooking on 9/13/25 shouldn't be in charge of cooking. Not only was the meal inedible, but I asked the waitress for a menu to order something else and she acted like it wasn't a big deal. The new order came out which was an egg, ham and cheese biscuit sandwich and it was just as bad as the first order. The eggs were gross, biscuit not fully cooked. Then we were charged for all the meals. A manager never came by to ask how things were or cared that something went wrong, and we were not comped for the two bad meals that I took one bite out of. If it wasn't the fact that I was starting to feel ill, I would have stayed to talk to a manager. I've heard good things about Eggs Up Grills in general, but we won't be back ever.

We visited the Greer location on 8/17/25 for breakfast. We were seated immediately. However, the music playing was quite intrusive, fairly loud, and not welcoming or calming.
Our waitress, while nice, didn't introduce herself, nor to the next booth when they were seated. After receiving the food, I wasn't offered a coffee refill until I got the waitress' eye.
I was disappointed to see that you had removed the Greek Omelet, so I ordered the egg white 'greek'. I'd give it 2 stars. The omelet was greasy - even my husband noticed it. His omelet was not. I also could taste the commercialness of the rye toast ordered. :( I/we realize that costs go up, but we're not sure the meal was worth the cost.
In addition, while the customer count was slim, I observed only about two employees being productive when they weren't waiting on tables. The other wait staff gathered and talked so loudly that I could hear their conversation about tattoos.
All these things combined will not encourage us to return for another visit. I'm sorry I can't give a better review, but hopefully you will be able to consider our concerns and improve the all around service and atmosphere.

Eggs tasted old and rubbery, gravy blah. Coffee ok as the water, they are not as good as they were. How can you mess up breakfast.

The server Justice did a great job! The pancakes? Not so good. French toast and bacon were good.
Kind ppl and our server was nice.. but we hardly saw her. We weren't checked on at all and had to go get the check from her. She was ding side work which i get, but you can't ignore your customers. They need refills and attention paid often.
