Not our best pick. Its okay, mediocre overall. Not bad, but nothing fabulous. Got 3 seperate dinners, 2 recommended by waiter and chicken and beef taquitos. Couldn't eat the taquitos. Tasted like bad grease or something. Got the chicken strips, rice, cheese that they all tend to sell, but it didn't come with queso, it came with a tiny sprinkle of grated cheese. We also got a beef dish with bacon pcs. Beef was too tough, bacon flavor overtook it. Portion was good. Price was average. Just not something id do again unless in a pinch. Also, the place needs to take care of all the ceiling stains, just imagine what we dont see. 🤔

I travel an hour to eat here. I would put it at the top of my list in the category of your standard Mexican restaurant in the southeast. At first glance, you wouldn’t think there was anything particularly special about it, but it the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the chicken soup or the chiles poblanos with ground beef (you have to request this). Atmosphere is simple and no-frills, but feels comforting and cozy. Staff has always been very friendly in all my visits. Highly recommend.

this place is a complete joke. i ordered the most simple meal on the menu an A.C.P and got a plate full of undercooked chicken no cheese rice and salad on the side with mushrooms on it, that is not what i paid for. when calling back to ask for a refund Gabriel was extremely rude and dishonest when asked about the order. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE FOR PEOPLE TO BE RUDE AND NOT GIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

I ordered food to go and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the care that was given in packaging up my dinner. Sides, utensils, napkins, sauces…. Everything was there! The food was hot and delish even after the drive home 🏡🌮🥗
The price was for food was a deal but I’d say you get what you pay for. Food was terrible. We paid and left the food on the table. Food has no flavor no season and everything is dry like it’s been sitting premade for days. First & last time we will go.

Best Tex-Mex I’ve found so far in the area. I recently moved here from SE Texas and all the flavors were on point. The spicy salsa and the green were perfect heat and flavor to what I would consider normal. The staff was friendly and service was great and fast.
