Today I visited the escape lounge and the experience was not great, the employees here are not friendly and the bartender Chloe was rude! They left my table messy I didn't know what to do with my plates. Lounges are supposed to be relaxing

I used to love this lounge, but in recent visits its been more and more disappointing. Staff is rude and aggressive with unpleasant facial expressions, they have multiple people in the back but one running ragged in the front and the all around atmosphere is unpleasant beside the single worker in the front. Please bring back the quality of this place!

Not sure what they are doing, but all the tables are “reserved”. No one came or went for an hour. So you have to sit at the bar surrounded by empty tables they won’t let you use.
Had such a great experience at the escape lounge! They were so great with making us feel welcomed and taken care of. Our daughter had the best time with Heather.

A welcome respite in our travels back to Pittsburgh. Excellent and attentive service by Heather and Felix, delicious food by cooks Cullen and Patrick. Enjoyed mac & cheese, chicken rice, Italian subs, tomato bisque, broccoli with parmesan, cucumber salad, lots more. Also lovely desserts, coffee, beverages. Pleasant atmosphere, delightful oasis in our travels.
