Tasted like subway, what happened? Ordered 2 large sandwiches to go. They were mushy. How could a cold sandwich be so wilty and soggy. They must have microwaved them. Yuk. They used to be so good. Must have been a new employee.

I could not get the online to work I had to call it in I told them that when I got there and asked them to do the 2 for 20. Nope they would not and was rude to me

The staff and food was top notch. The manager wass right in there helping make the food and thats what a true leader does.

Food wasn't good at all. Subs where just thrown together,soggy and fell completely apart while trying to eat them and just blan tasting. Firehouse use to be so good and for $30 for 2 subs it still should be good!

I've been randomly coming here for a few years and this location has been very consistent.I have never had an order made wrong or any problems. The staff is very polite and well trained. I usually end up small talking a bit while waiting for my order and they are always polite. I can't say I come here often enough to be called a regular because nobody knows me, but the staff is still consistently polite and I really appreciate it. The tables in the dining room tend to be a bit dirty every time I go, so pulling a few points off atmosphere, but overall it is what you would expect from a Firehouse Subs. If anyone influential at corporate reads this, bring back the BBQ Cuban!

What we wanted on our subs and did not want is all on the ticket! All 3 subs were Incorrect😪!!!! I'm sorry when you don't want certain things on there and they are on there, It just ruins the taste and entire meal😔😔😔You can't get rid of certain taste!!! So very disappointed....

I like sitting in my truck, enjoying my large hook and ladder, chocolate brownie, and large root beer, right up front and outside the entrance of Gold's Gym, same parking lot! I try to be a good motivator to the people in and out of the gym!! Sometimes l stand outside to enjoy my hook and ladder sub, from the hood of the truck!! I haven't figured out why l get cussed so much??

This has to be the worst Firehouse I've ever eaten at Brittany the manager is rude and looking for a fight. Sandwiches was not made based on my instructions. I'm never coming back to this store. Save your money

Took our sub home. My mother's sub was burnt. Very disappointed!
