Ordered some chili cheese fries my usual and just got chili fries but was charged for the cheese there’s been several times I order the same thing and the same worker mid age American woman on the weekends always messes up my order last time was cheese fries but I paid for the chili and cheese not sure if the worker there likes her job it just seems very petty and immature to purposely mess with a customers food order.

One person working. He was the order taker, cashier and cook. One order at at time is taken after he cooks the previous order. I waited 17 minutes for him to take my order the 5 minutes for the food. No hello. No thank yous..No GOOD BYE. Really now the managers should take a look at the poor service that goes on.

I tried to order breakfast from Flatwood Grill while I waited to board my flight. Even though I was in the que (there was no line) the girl taking orders was more interested in carrying on a conversation with 2 other airport employees who were standing off to the side.
Tired of being ignored I approached the counter and stood directly in front of her. No acknowledgement that I existed and it was clear that she was going to finish her conversation before taking my order.
When the 2 airport employees finally left she looked at me and asked what I wanted. I ordered the 2 egg, bacon and hashbrown plate, but was informed that they "don't have hashbrowns", even though it was on the menu. Ok... Although they were not busy, I can understand maybe they just ran out of hashbrowns. Then I ordered the biscuit and gravy, only to be told "we don't have that". So I asked, "what do you have" as I had tried to order about 20% of the breakfast menu with those two requests. She replied, "Not that", I politely said "thanks" and walked away. I guess I was supposed to stand there and try to order each thing on the menu so I could find out what they did have.
She was rude and totally disinterest in serving me. I fly through GSP several times a year as I prefer it to CLT, but I won't be giving Flatwood Grill any of my money.

Just had a quick lunch here before departure and I must say, it’s terrific for short order food. Staff were polite, and the bacon cheeseburger was A+.

The service is incredibly slow. At an airport you would think they would put a premium on pacing to the customer. The food was decent. I ordered a margarita pizza that was fine. My son ordered something so forgettable that neither of us could remember just a couple days later. Turns out it was spaghetti and meatballs, so, fair enough. ?
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. My son chose to transfer to the chair at the table but he could have eaten in his chair.

Ordered chicken sandwich but it was really bad.. regret spending my $8. Had trow it in trash! Wish they do better job!
Freshly prepared bacon cheeseburger and French fries. Very good size portion for the price.
The fries are good, I like the seasoned salt. There is nothing to write home about when it comes to the burger but the gentleman Reece (sp?) Honestly made my day. He was kind, helpful, and just a nice human being. I saw him handle other customers as well and he had nothing but a smile and positive attitude.
Pretty good food, I go here almost once a week.
