Made an online order, simple directions. I get there and they hand me a sealed bag, I asked if the sauces were in the bag and was told yes. Open the bag they were not, they gave me the sauce. I show her my tenders and ask if they are the Nashville hot that I ordered and was told yes. Get home less then 5 minutes, tenders were not the Nashville hot and were cold. My burger that I paid for extra cheese on, did not have the extra cheese, and was cold. Fries were cold, they don’t care, I won’t be back.

I don't know why I even bother. But I'm never satisfied. Food quality has gone down, 👎🏾 the general manager, think she own the restaurant, she does to much. And don't ask questions about the order, she jumps in and start fixing food..I order from the cashier an open face gravy, I get a regular gravy, bc she doesn't listen.. She can't run the drive thru, front counter, make biscuits, run food outside. And except the food to be correct. My order is never hardly right unless Tanisha is there in the morning..if I see her car I will drive on by and go to the one in Taylors..

I was having a bad morning decided to stop at Hardee's for a bacon egg & cheese biscuit combo , customer service was nice taking the drive thru order , offered dessert choice , I declined , pulled to the window & the manager , I assume, had on a black shirt but while the other employee was taking payment she greeted me , asked did I need anything for my coffee, & had a small talk about how she/we liked short hair. I pulled off with a smile 😊

So I get a order from here last night. A double mushroom Swiss burger. A order of chili fries. On the last customer of the day so she has to cook the fries. That's fine and everything... I get back to the house and take a bite of the fries. And they're not done they're raw in the middle. To top it off the Burger is cold and bread is stale. They're closed so I have to wait in the morning to take the burger and the fries back, which is fine I'm over it. But this morning when I returned the stuff to show I didn't eat it and ask for my money back. She politely tells me that she cook the fries. I keep my composure and tell her that's fine you did cook the fries but they weren't done because I was the last customer and you were in a hurry to get out you did not cook them all the way. Even though she was polite she acting like I was wrong. Yeah I'm going to go hungry all night and wait till the next day to bring a burger and fries back to show him I didn't eat it rather than eat that makes a lot of sense. So anyway she tells me well I'm going to have to charge you for the drink. Tell me I didn't want to argue with her I accepted the money back for the sandwich and fries and let her charge for the combo. Whole lot of common sense being used here. I just want to say that she

We frequent this Hardee's and the food is always fantastic, the service is always great. The employees are so friendly. The most recent outing on 1/17/2025 was great as we were able to try some new menu items. The employees were so kind to ensure everything was great!

The food is no longer quality. Breakfast is ok but the burgers are bland. The new buns taste horrible. Always dry and bland. Wish they would not change so much. The seeded buns for the regular burgers were amazing, now not so much. French fries have not been good for a long time. Sad to see a once great franchise go down hill. They still have good breakfast though.
