What a pleasant experience dealing with Mike the GM. He came to the counter and personally took my order and assured that the Kitchen-Ann made it correctly! What a delicious biscuit especially easy to enjoy after the excellent service. I have to say the restaurant itself was extremely clean and obviously well managed. What a great team he has assembled and coordinated.
They do not listen to your orders at the drive thru. There was some dude working the drive thru first thing in the morning and I had to tell him four or five times what I wanted and he still gave me the wrong thing, not even close to what I wanted.

The manager of this establishment, Vanessa, is truly outstanding! She's a rare gem to find (especially at this level of dining), and really made the experience extraordinary with her fabulous customer service and care for each patron who walked through the door. It was truly a pleasure to bear witness to someone who excels at their career, which is not something I expected to necessarily encounter walking into a fast-food establishment. Having said that, someone should poach her and put her in fine dining where she belongs!

Received the most warm welcome. Miss Vanessa B was smiling and it really just made my day. She actually made me feel welcomed. So many people today make you feel like they hate to see you come in to eat, they don't want to be bothered! So again, way to go Miss Vanessa! Thanks for the good food but thank you so much for the pleasant personality and the feeling of being glad I came in to eat!! Positivity goes a long way and we should try to pass it on to others!!!

Made an online order, simple directions. I get there and they hand me a sealed bag, I asked if the sauces were in the bag and was told yes. Open the bag they were not, they gave me the sauce. I show her my tenders and ask if they are the Nashville hot that I ordered and was told yes. Get home less then 5 minutes, tenders were not the Nashville hot and were cold. My burger that I paid for extra cheese on, did not have the extra cheese, and was cold. Fries were cold, they don’t care, I won’t be back.

I don't know why I even bother. But I'm never satisfied. Food quality has gone down, 👎🏾 the general manager, think she own the restaurant, she does to much. And don't ask questions about the order, she jumps in and start fixing food..I order from the cashier an open face gravy, I get a regular gravy, bc she doesn't listen.. She can't run the drive thru, front counter, make biscuits, run food outside. And except the food to be correct. My order is never hardly right unless Tanisha is there in the morning..if I see her car I will drive on by and go to the one in Taylors..
