They advertise serving breakfast until 12pm on the weekends but good luck getting any if you go 11:30am or after. They always say they’re out of biscuits or gravy. I guess the workers get to decide when they’re done selling breakfast. This happened today at 11:40am and has happened on numerous other occasions only at the Greer location. No problem when i visit Duncan location.

Why aren't employees trained to greet customers in a friendly manner? When you thank an employee, they don't respond! Their face is angry and they seem uncomfortable! Employees need training because customers should feel cared for, welcomed, and appreciated when they arrive or leave!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers only cheese no sauce and one big cheeseburger only mayo and cheese. Got home 30 minutes to find all covered in pickles ketchup and onions. No mayo.

What a pleasant experience dealing with Mike the GM. He came to the counter and personally took my order and assured that the Kitchen-Ann made it correctly! What a delicious biscuit especially easy to enjoy after the excellent service. I have to say the restaurant itself was extremely clean and obviously well managed. What a great team he has assembled and coordinated.
They do not listen to your orders at the drive thru. There was some dude working the drive thru first thing in the morning and I had to tell him four or five times what I wanted and he still gave me the wrong thing, not even close to what I wanted.

The manager of this establishment, Vanessa, is truly outstanding! She's a rare gem to find (especially at this level of dining), and really made the experience extraordinary with her fabulous customer service and care for each patron who walked through the door. It was truly a pleasure to bear witness to someone who excels at their career, which is not something I expected to necessarily encounter walking into a fast-food establishment. Having said that, someone should poach her and put her in fine dining where she belongs!
This locations is amazing the newest management has changed up because the atmosphere is even nice food has been so much better but just seeing smiles from managers I love that thank you for the customer service.
