they changed the entire menu. different wing flavors, no more curly fries. the new wing flavors are generic flavors that you could get anywhere. their curly fries also made them more unique than other wing places. how disappointing.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

This is not a hot wings restaurant this is Chilis tricking you into thinking it is a different restaurant. Why would they do that you ask? Because if you knew it was chilis you would not have completed the order. It doesn't say anywhere that this is chilis as far as I can tell until you realize it as you pull into the parking lot. The wings were very soggy and wet in a bad way, so much so that we contemplated whether to eat them or not. If you like microwaved frozen chicken wings then this is the place for you. I would also mask my true identity if my wings were this bad. The only way to get you to buy them is to trick you. What an embarrassment. No complaints on the staff, just the dogsh!t product that I had to get tricked into buying. I will never again fall for this. I will instead support local restauranteurs who don't sell a noticeably wet microwaved product. I can microwave my own chicken from the grocery store.

I seen reviews about the wings being soggy but I’m not going to lie they were so crispy and very good.I prefer hand cut over frozen fries. They were soggy and the steam with the plastic bag made it worse. That’s why wing stop uses brown bags.My Sriracha honey sauce was good but my lemon pepper wings literally had no seasoning at all haha. Plain wings seen in the picture.Fast delivery food hot and fresh plus the blue cheese and ranch is pretty good.

Fake kitchen delivering out of Chilli's. Fries are always limp and cold. Wings have good sauce flavors but never seen fresh. Ordered here 3 times, never improved, same issues, won't order again. Delivery service seems to be mostly on time, but never in a hurry.

There was hair in my food, buried under my fries, I called chills and the girl who answered said no one in the kitchen has long hair and that she could not help me with a remark or refund, I would need to call the place I put the order through….
I used to love this place, but unfortunately, it has declined greatly. They need to address or fire the bad employees or poor management. I've noticed a consistent problem with missing items in my orders, and the quality of the food has worsened. It almost feels deliberate, as if the workers want to serve fewer customers hence do less work. Additionally, they used to provide a generous portion of fries with their wings, but now it's barely any. Considering they offer small basic menu items, it's frustrating to see the constant mistakes and missing items. Furthermore, the cookie desserts are old, indicating a lack of freshness and quality control at this location.

Ordered online pickup. The containers were wrapped in a plastic bag, which is how you would expect to carry them; however, being wrapped in plastic before I got to the restaurant essentially steamed the fries. The bag was dripping and wet inside from condensation and the fries were soggy and gross. Based on the estimated time for the food to be ready I would have expected them to not be sitting too long. I had to come back to get the ranch for the fries as none were in the bag or containers with the order. Both employees I interacted with were distracted and disinterested. One was playing on her phone and the other one had an ear bud in and was either listing to music or talking to someone. Too much money for bad service, and soggy fries with no ranch.
