The guys working tonight need to focus, including Heath, need to stop playing around, and get these orders out. Just watch the camera from the time this review came in. Constant conversation and looking at each other to laugh and carry on while hands are still. Get these orders out.
***edit*** They didnt start my 7-item order until I arrived, and then prioritized walk-in customers over my order. Drinks were not stocked in cooler. Guys walking around lost like theyre not sober. Zero starts

Review update: customer service is great here. The staff needs to do glove changes though. If you touch the register-don’t prepare food. Also the lady who typically cuts the meat here and writes down the orders in the pad-shouldn’t touch the food (cross contamination from the pen) other than that my experience has been great here! My previous review was 6 years ago about the prices-everything is high now lol so it makes sense.

Delicious sandwich. First time here and staff just assumed you knew the routine. Tables could be cleaner.

Great sandwich. Always consistent.

I've been a Jersey Mike's customer for many years now (they put Subway to shame). Only suggestion I have, be very careful when entering your shore points phone number. They use touch screens instead of keys, and I've screwed up the number a couple of times, didn't catch it, and didn't get the points. Check that number before you hit 'Submit'.

Get more for your money and WAY better quality overall by coming here rather than a Subway. The ingredients are fresh and the proper care (and detail) of sandwich-making is also much better. The staff is very consistent with customer service, speed, and quality. I come here about once a week and have been doing so for several months. It's very rare that they make mistakes.

I appreciate all the hard work of every staff member working here. Thank you for making great food at great prices.

I have always just ordered with the app and picked up at the window so tonight was no different. The app is slick and very easy to use and the location listed is quick and always accurate with the order.

Friendly quick service without issues. Hard to ask for much more than that. All of the subs are deceivingly filling and well made.

Doation day drew me in. Good sub, I would have liked it toasted, but it's still good.

I was very impressed with my visit! The store was extremely clean, fully stocked, and the two gentlemen working made me feel very welcomed (especially given that I had a lot of questions). Since I don't order from Jersey Mike's often, they were very helpful in providing me recommendations and talking through the process of how they do things differently. This experience ensures that I will be back in the future!

I had an italian mini and it was great.
I would recommend them to anyone. The service is slow because they fresh cut but it is worth it TOTALLY.
