On Saturday July 18th a gentleman at Jersey Mike’s here on Batesville Rd made my day and offered the best service possible. My dad passed away the end of May and left me a Jeep. I was driving said Jeep and it overheated and radiator blew up on me. While waiting for it to cool down to try and limp it home I grabbed some lunch here. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and took my order. I was the only one in there other than one other person already eating. He asked me how my day was going and started to tell him what was going on and we continued chatting. We got to the register and I had my card in hand to pay. He asked me if I wanted a combo and I told him no just my sandwich and a cup of water. He handed me the cup and said it was on him. I said thanks and waited to pay for the sandwich. He said no no the whole thing was on him and he would not let me pay. His kindness was UNMATCHED! It has been a hard year and this meant so much to me. In a time where everywhere you go everyone is ugly, upset, or usually has an attitude about doing their job or just helping this was AMAZING! This guy did not have to do any of this but he did. As I ate and continued to sit inside waiting he and the rest of his staff were beyond friendly to the following lunch time flood they received. They had smiles on everyone’s faces coming in. I wished I would have got his name but Jersey Mike’s you need to give this guy a raise or bonus or anything. He is a 1 in a million human being in today’s world. I will always be grateful for his small kindness during my rough day and will make sure to always visit this store for my sandwiches!

The cashier ,red headed girl was just rude to me because I told her she overcharged me. After she confirmed with the guy who made my sandwich she reluctantly corrected my bill. Her tone and bad attitude should be reserved for a non public service job.

Mary Anne and Lenei were very sweet and amazing to work with! We were traveling to the mountains with our family and it was a long car ride with crazy kids and walking into this location was a treat. The customer service was outstanding and they were friendly and professional. Not only that but service was quick and the food was outstanding! Thank you for making our experience great!

Very sad about the decline of Jersey Mikes quality...this was my absolute favorite sub place for the past 25 years...it is absolute shit now. Bread changed, amount of ingredients changed and they don't even make to order as requested anymore..ask for extra meat get 1/3 of regular meat..ask for NO onions? Get extra onions..I never had any issues with Jersey mikes until the buyout..my first experience after that was bad .decided to try 3 more times before posting this review..quality and quantity has gone way down yet still prices are high..I am very sad to say I need to find a new sub place 😢.

I made an online order I got to the restaurant before the pickup time I sat patiently knowing my order wasn’t ready I wasn’t rude I didn’t say anything to the workers I was having a conversation with another customer and as the girl with curly hair finished my order she said to me that next time I need to come in at the suggested pickup time and not when I wanted I’m a server and would never say that to a customer especially a first time customer because that ruined my experience completely
James went above and beyond for me today! They had a mistake on the delivery order so he personally drove the sandwich to me remade. I can't thank him enough!

The crew working here today has to be the most energetic/happy group of people I have seen in a long time. I was traveling through town and stopped here just by chance. Food was great but service was outstanding. The girl at the register was very outgoing and was talking with people and showing southern hospitality all the way. The rest of the staff was joyful as well. Thanks for the great lunch break.

The regular Turkey hoagie was too small. Was not 'regular' size. Cheese stake was loaded with way too much dressing. Very disappointing visit.

I would avoid this place. You have a 50-50 chance of getting the right sandwich (happened 3 times for me...), a 50-50 chance that they don't really apologize for your wasted time and for having to drive there back and forth, a 50-50 chance that the manager of the place might insult you and blame you for the mistake (i.e. couldn't you tell the sandwich wasn't hot even through the bag?). Save yourself a headache, just don't support this store.
