Management and staff are a joke. We live in one of communities near there and have never had an issue. Tonight changed that. Order was supposed to be here at 8:46pm, at 8:46pm I looked out, nothing. We waited a little bit and called at 9pm to see what the hold up was. The “manager” Jenna told my wife that their driver delivered it and left it on our mat as the instructions said to leave at door. We don’t have a mat and the doorbell camera never went off to notify us of movement at our door. She then told us to look out the door which I had already done twice at this point. Nothing, they again sided with their employee who never came anywhere near our apartment. Normal business practice, I know. Yet that business practice doesn’t include insinuating your customer is lying because your driver screwed up and went to the wrong apartment and you don’t want to redeliver. When we asked to talk to a store manager we got passed off to a guy “Chris” who did little to fix the situation other than assure we’d be refunded and they added a store credit. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the better options around the area, at least their management puts on a better act of caring about their customers.

We recently moved here from Asheville and I was so excited to see a Jet’s nearby as I hadn’t lived close to one in 15 years. Pizza is still as delicious as it used to be. Very reasonable prices, crispy deep dish crust, plenty of toppings, and very filling!

I recently ordered a large pizza and a side of cheesy bread for $25, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite positive reviews, the food quality was disappointing. My two-year-old refused to eat, and my partner ended up discarding their portion. Personally, I found it just passable but not compelling enough to return. Additionally, although I placed my order 30 minutes in advance, I still had to wait another 10 minutes upon arrival.
They make the best buffalo chicken pizza ever! The ranch is to die for and the crust will make you have 2 cheat days in one week. Give this place a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Got scammed for a mid pizza (at best). I ordered a large cheese pizza. They gave me 2 small ones; and told me that it’s the same thing. The reason being they were out of the “large crust”. I told them it’s not the same thing. Their argument was “well a large pizza has 8 slices and a small has 4 so it’s the same”. Hence either they have the same sized slices for a small and a large; or they don’t really know what they’re doing. Won’t recommend.
