Menu prices online not what I was charged at the window.Menu online said a 20pc bucket,chicken only was$20,99.Got to the windows was charged $30.99.big difference!

One of the employees packed my order wrong and I did not notice till I got home. I called and spoke to Gracie the manager and she apologized and offered to make it right. I returned to KFC later and Gracie did as she said. I truly appreciate customer service as this.

Food poisoning from bone-in classic. Called corporate and they did nothing. I no longer have any trust in this brand.

In the drive-thru, they tossed my food in my car window, didn't have any of the sauces, utensils, or napkins. Had to go back to the window and nobody was paying attention to the drive-thru. I had to yell multiple times through the open window just to get someone to come up front. Employee was rude as hell that I asked them to get the rest of my order. Y'all need to fire that whole damn staff.

Worst ever. They just can’t get it together. Last time they gave my order to someone else then took forever to remake it. This time I’m picking up a delivery order that was supposed to be ready at 645. 7pm rolls around and they are still saying they’re getting it ready, “waiting on tenders” is what they seem to tell every single customer. Customers that were already waiting when I got there were still waiting when i finally just gave up and canceled the order and left. Horrible service and zero sense of urgency. Everywhere else has the food ready. Straighten this store out please

Usually, we get mediocre food and service. I have to say they hit it out of the park. Maybe, its just this location. They did well. Good food, not extra, extra greasy, got the order right, offered a coupon, all around on it. But I have to say the potatoes are always awful, at every location, in every state now that we've tried. They just don't cut it anymore. Which is sad. Since there isn't fried potatoes or a rice option that is just disappointing. Corporate should reconsider tge gross instant potatoes we get now.

There was a glitch in the app and on the website that wouldn't allow me to change the drink or sauce so I had to pay 49¢ for a sauce that I realized after I got home wasn't in the bag. We now have to wait in line to pick up a mobile order as it has to be handed off by an employee. The wedges were overcooked or had been sitting as were the chicken wings, very poor meat to breading ratio. The chicken pot pie was good, usually a pretty consistent item.

All of our Togo order was very skimp looks like they put a dollup of Mac and cheese, asked for extra gravy on my mash and they hardly gave me any gravy… and my sandwich had zero sauce on it seemed like employeee were lazy and didn’t want to be there

Was craving some KFC and went to the Greer location and I was a happy girl when I left...food was fresh,I walked in to grab my pickup order and they knew who I was when I walked in and handed me my order quickly..The restaurant was clean and the staff was kicking butt getting orders out..most definitely returning to this location..
