Was craving some KFC and went to the Greer location and I was a happy girl when I left...food was fresh,I walked in to grab my pickup order and they knew who I was when I walked in and handed me my order quickly..The restaurant was clean and the staff was kicking butt getting orders out..most definitely returning to this location.. Great experience!

So I can't tell you about the atmosphere because I hit the drive through. The chicken was KFC, but we got our order home and was missing part of it. Made the call had a great response from the manager on duty and headed back to get the rest of our order. It's a new manager and a mostly new crew so some mistakes are expected. Still great customer service and hey we got our KFC for the night.
We ate at KFC Wednesday night and we had to wait 35 minutes for our food while all the other customers got there’s. Somehow they forgot our order or had to cook more but the service was terrible. Everyone that was working should be reprimanded.
