food was decent, service at the bar was below average, bartender had a bit of an attitude and was not friendly at all. There are better Italian eateries much better with better service in the Greenville/Greer area. New ownership needs to get rid of the bartender who apparently seems entitled and takes his job for granted

Major disappointment!!
4 of us visited L’incanto for the first time during restaurant week. We were expecting an amazing meal and what we got was anything but. 3 of us ordered the salmon and all 3 were overcooked and dried out. The portions were the smallest we’ve been served anywhere in the upstate.
When our apps came out we asked the server if they provide bread for the table and he said yes and would bring it right out.
When we received our bill, we noticed we were charged $11 for the bread. The server never mentioned it would be an upcharge.
We will never go back and we’ll be encouraging our family and friends to not visit this restaurant.

Id like to give great reviews to one off businesses but this is a no return for us. Between 1 mixed drink (no unsweet tea offered), two appetizers, 3 main courses and 2 desserts, the best we can say is the shrimp cocktail and bread were good. Other than that....
The mixed drink was poorly made. The main dishes were amazingly bland and drown in juices unneeded. Our salmon was bland, amazingly, and drowning in lemon juice. The veal was tough and breaded yet drown in unknown juice which made the breading a soggy flavorless mess and we have never needed a knife for veal before here. It WAS needed. The rest was unfinished and uninteresting.
Our server was likely overworked but also in the beginning when there was only three tables, was also inattentive. Dinner took 2 hours to complete.
The bathrooms were FREEZING. It was warmer outside in January than in the bathrooms.
I love to give great a review to local owned establishments, but we wont be back. With Select down the street and Rick Erwin in the same price range and 1 minute walk I'd recommended either.
Such a disappointment

Great Italian spot in SC. The food and service were both wonderful. You can tell they are focused on big flavor here. Every part of the dishes are carefully crafted. They always have a special that will blow your mind. Come hungry, the portions are generous.

WOW! What a delicious meal!! My husband and I ordered 2 of the 3 specials suggested by Aaron our waiter/bar tender. Both were amazing visually and palette pleasing. The service was spot on and the atmosphere delightful. I would highly recommend L'Incanto for a wonderful meal. Aaron was fantastic and made several great suggestions! Thanks Aaron for a great evening.

Elegant and intimate dining without being fussy. Every course was delicious. Felt like nonna made my husband’s bolognese. The raviolo did not skimp on the truffle. The grilled romain salad, could not stop eating. Layers of flavor! Finished with a lovely affogato.
They even gave us two comp glasses of prosecco for our anniversary. Excellent and friendly service.
Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! Our waiter Anthony was so insightful and kind and helped us choose the best Italian food I’ve had in a while. I’ve came back from Italy and this is up there with the real deal. I highly recommend it here in Greenville if you’re looking for a delicious meal.

Restaurantji Recommends
L’incanto is an amazing northern Italian, intimate restaurant. The setting was superb with very attentive staff with great recommendations and exceptional service.
The dishes were unique in their own ways, and had a great balance. To start, we had the focaccia bread with EVOO and the cranberry compound butter. As well as the arugula salad, which is one of my favorite salads in the world.
For main course we got the Filet special, and the flattened Pork Chop. The pork chop was massive, so essentially two meals in one, and the sauce used took it to another level. We also highly recommend the Chilean sea bass.
As for desserts, we decided to try them all. The Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée, and Affogato were our favorites. The crème brûlée was very custards which we liked.
Overall, a very nice night out we will be coming back. I recommend a reservation but walk ins are welcome.

From start to finish, delicious! Anthony, our server was amazing, with explaining the specials to helping me decide on an entree. And the Affagato was the finish I needed for this perfectly delicious Italian faire night.

For starters, you walk in. Ask if you have reservations. Act like it's a big deal. Then you're brought around place in near empty. Staff standing waiting for work. The food is cooked, but the chef depends on sauces to make it taste like a 5-star restaurant. You pay 5-star prices in reality, it's greer. If this play was in New York, it would be under already. Service is average at best. The best part of the waiter brings the check and says he doesn't normally do this, but the table is reserved. Remind you other tables were open. We ate our desert paid our $300 bill gave 25% tip because im nice. Will not be returning.

The food was just ok
The staff welcoming.
No ambiance here, stark and depressing.
**Extremely pricey specials! **The staff should include the price w/the entree description.
Service charge for CC use on top of high prices, very disappointing and surprising. One might think that this charge would be worked into the 80% markup on the pasta entrees.
A party of 4 would need to bring enough cash for a mortgage payment.
Upcharge for bread at the table where pasta is served - insulting.
Don't expect any offerings here.
Charge for coffee refill!!!
While the food is not offensive, we will focus on the other local establishments that are less entitled and appreciate their guests more.
Never again
