Visiting Greer and a nice menu. Disappointing at best. Crab cakes on hearts of palm. Tasted like three balls of salty stove top stuffing. No Crab 20.00. Next lobster Ravioli. No lobster 38.00
Ravioli were under cooked and edges had to be cut off as very chewy.

Great atmosphere great staff just food is pricey and disappointing at best

Should you wish to encounter the rudest, most inhospitable bartender in all of Greenville, this restaurant is the perfect choice. Our evening started by waiting 5-7 minutes for the bartender to just say hello. First round of drinks took 25 minutes and he only brought 2 out of 3. We asked for the check immediately, it was literally thrown at us. His girlfriend was sitting at the end of the bar keeping him very busy and awkwardly staring at everyone at the bar. We had every intention of probably spending $250-$300 for dinner, we all spent 20+ years in hospitality/restaurants and had dined here 4-5 times before. I used to recommend this restaurant, now I’ll never go back.

This place needs to get over itself. It’s always a shame when employees do this to the hard working restaurant owners.

Really nice servers/staff and atmosphere, but the food left much to be desired. Lobster ravioli was bland with only a hint of seafood. The bolegnese was made with overcooked rigatoni that tasted like a standard box of enriched flour pasta and the sauce was a disappointment, it wasn't cooked long enough as the flavors were more raw and less married. Also the sauce didn't stick to the pasta at all!!

The chocolate mousse did not redeem anything... Reminds us of pudding from the buffet at Ponderosa...

We did order take-out just before 8pm, so hopefully it was just a rough day and we got a really rushed order.

I rated it a 3 because it is very overpriced! We are just common folk and we were looking for a good meal but Chilain Sea Bass at $65! It was just me and my husband and the bill was $165 with tip. They seem to favor their frequent customers.

Amazing northern Italian cuisine accompanied by wonderful service in downtown Greer!

My hubby and I went for dinner, and our experience was very delightful! Wonderful atmosphere, the salmon and sea bass dishes were so delicious, and dessert was perfect! Katie, our server, did a spectacular job with everything!! We'll definitely be back!!

No way!! In Greer, South Carolina?!?! The side dish alone made this a 5 star review. Asparagus wrapped in a grilled parmesan crust (picture below). Never in my life..... everything was incredible, everything! The pork chop with the arugula and parmeson slice on top, the agnolotti d zuca (butternut squash ravioli) they sprinkle amaretto biscotti crumbles on top!

Outstanding. The best Italian restaurant in the area.

Delicious food! This is the closest thing to the quality and flavor of dishes we’ve had in Italy. I got pasta and my husband got their steak special, neither disappointed! We’ll definitely be back.

A group of 7 of us walked in, over an hour before close, and requested a table for dinner. Off the bat, the manager was very hesitant to seat us. He asked if we were going to be dining from the full menu and we confirmed yes. He then told us we “couldn’t be getting up and walking around like we did a couple of weeks ago”. My group had NOT dined with them a couple weeks ago… he had generalized/confused our group of women with another. We told him we were a different group, had not been there in quite some time, and asked if we could push two tables together to all sit together for dinner. He was still hesitant, told us no and again stated that if we sat down we would have to dine from the full menu. We confirmed yes for the THIRD time since walking in that we wanted to order from the full menu. We felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to not dine where we clearly were not welcome. Extremely poor hospitality and we will not be going back.

Italian restaurants are typically measured by their Bolognese (L’Incanto’s was excellent) by I would propose a new criteria. Two decades prior I went to an Italian restaurant in the DC metro and was introduced to Zabaglione (a light custard-like dessert made with Limoncello and served with berries). It was divine. I have been to many an Italian restaurant since and without fail inquire if they have this dessert. None have delivered. It has taken me nearly two decades to come across this again (I have tried to make it at home but proved to be too tricky). Finally, L’Incanto delivered on something that many Italian restaurants from Chicago to Nashville to downtown Greenville could not. If only for dessert (to try Zambaglione), you should try L’Incanto although I think you’d find the food, cocktails and wine are also amazing.

Let me tell you- this restaurant is by far my favorite in Greer! We came across this restaurant back in August and decided to try it out when my parents were in town. This restaurant did not disappoint. I highly recommend ordering from the specials menu as they are only there for a limited time and they are truly amazing! We had such a wonderful experience that we had a dinner there for my birthday. The Certosa Di Pontignano Chianti Classico wine is my absolute favorite and pairs well with a filet (if it’s on their specials menu ?)
You truly cannot go wrong with any of their dishes as they are made to perfection and I give my compliments to their amazing chefs! Their caramel gelato was a great way to end our visit.
We will surely be back again!
