I didn't realize when I chose this place that they don't cast a line into the water until you order, my simple two piece meal took 45 minutes from walking in to leaving with my food, avoid this place if you don't have all
First let me say I love LJS, but this location has all the earmarks of a greedy franchisee. The building is dilapidated, the interior is filthy, and almost 4 years post pandemic they still have "staffing issues" leaving the dining room closed during the busiest times. I hope you enjoy eating fish in your car!Maybe one day this franchisee will at least patch the holes in the stucco from where they ripped the old A&W branding off the facade. But considering they can't staff their own restaurant, don't hold your breath. Shame on you for not paying your employees a living wage.

Dunno what all these other Karen’s are complaining about, seems they have unrealistic expectations of a FAST FOOD establishment lmao. My order on the other hand arrived fresh and delicious and the service by the GM Ed was fantastic! I’d highly recommend this place :)

It's been over 20 years since I've been to a Long John Silver's location, but one night I just had a craving for some fish and chips. I recalled seeing this location and thought I'd give it a try.I won't be rushing back. First of all, the service was very poor. The fellow at the order window must have been new. He couldn't seem to get my order right. Someone else kept jumping onto the speaker to clarify and correct the order. It was very irritating. Then, when I got my order, there were o napkins or utensils. I had to go in and ask for them. Finally, I feel that the food was pretty bad for today's palettes. It was very greasy and lacked enjoyable flavor. The fish was WAY overcooked.Bottom line, it's not worth going here ever again.
