The food is always as good as advertised. Most of the staff is great, accommodating and working hard. Unfortunately, watching the manager (man with tattoos in a striped shirt) yell at his staff ruins the atmosphere. I went in expecting a wait because it’s 6:00pm on a Friday and the manager was rushing his employees and stressing them out. From the front of the store, I could hear the manager being needlessly rude. The two staff at the front counter were communicative and did a great job.

Tried to place a delivery order online, wouldn't accept valid payment, tried to call directly and the price was $5 more than online eventhough I knew of 4.99 delivery fee and my 15% tip would be included. Overall terrible experience so I went elsewhere.

The manager who works there Shane is the worst employee yet I was waiting over an hour to get my food that I had previously ordered an hour prior and went I came into the establishment turns out my order wasn’t made. He was horrendous, disrespectful and should not be working at the level he is. He lets these young little girls work and one of the young lady’s that I see works here always doing all of the work with no help whatsoever. Shane is the worst employee and this store always has multiple complaints especially about him as an employee here. There’s always music blasting so loud that the are not able to hear me and they DO NOT turn the music down at all. I will not be returning and He deserves to be FIRED.

The 802 S Batesville Rd, Greer, SC location is ran by a boy named Shane that has no business being in management. He was rude and from what I picked up on, he writes up employees for doing the right thing (not leaving unexperienced and young women alone to run the store by themselves by sending orders to DoorDash). While I understand for businesses it is more expensive to send orders to DoorDash, however, the store should have enough employees scheduled to not leave someone alone if a driver takes an order, seeing as most of the employees are teenagers.
I love this Marcos location, I've had nothing but delicious and consistent pizzas from them. They always have sweet coupon deals and the employees I interact with are always so friendly. I'm definitely keeping this as my go-to pizza place.

One of my favorite pizza chains. The food and prices are pretty good. The online coupons are stackable so that’s a plus. I’ve never had a complaint from this location. The food is always good and orders are correct. The also don’t forget any extras like dipping cups.
