What a disappointment! I ordered two Happy Meals for my kids, and both apples were spoiled, and my order of fries was only half full. This always happens to me at the same location.

It’s currently 3:54am. I’m at the drive thru and whoever this girl is that’s working the drive thru with long blonde and gray braids is very rude!! She doesn’t speak back when spoken too. Just looks at you. No hello , no have a good day. No nothing!!

They gonna charge me 17.99 just to deliver a simple happy meal at 5.99. That's outrageous. 6.99 delivery then they want a tip too. Versus only 9.00 for uber eats delivery try it yourself with your mcdonalds app versus uber, door dash, grubhub. You woukd be surprised . Don't get scammed. So,What has happened. They also don't answer the phone when you call. It's says to call *611 but that only calls my Spectrum. The number you call them goes to a cell phone, it should go to a landlines. Calling Corporate office. So ridiculous.

We placed our order on a kiosk at 2:39pm and did not receive our food until almost 3:05. We came inside so that my kids could play in the indoor playground, and my kids were waiting patiently, but very hungry. There were multiple people who ordered after us that received their meals before us, and I approached the counter twice to check on our meal. The only employee that was helpful was a woman named Shelli (she was great) who took care of our meal herself and personally walked our meal over to our table and double checked we had everything we needed. I totally understand slight delays, and even shift changes etc, but I feel this was a simple mistake that should have been fixed the first time I spoke up. I appreciate Shelli, but wanted to bring this situation to light in hopes it doesn’t happen to another mom of little kids, who are also hungry.

Got a mcrib and they must be out of mcrib buns tried to call no answer
10:29 in the morning and I was served a grossly disgusting old burger that was not fresh not hot and I was asked to wait after pulling in to drive-through. So completely disgusted I will never go to a McDonald’s again. I took one bite spit it out and I will never eat McDonald’s for the rest of my life. The most horrific experience I have ever had with fast food.
Today I will order, and very badly it helped, they are not helpful.

Ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee with extra vanilla and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, received a large vanilla coffee no extra vanilla and an egg and cheese biscuit no sausage. This has happened on quite a few occasions.
I come to McD because of their French fries. Usually very crispy and delicious. These were lukewarm and almost soggy. The Big Mac was fair, but at least the chicken nuggets were good. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

I went and ordered the 10 piece nugget and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers instead. They insisted this was what I ordered but I know for a fact I didn’t. They then wouldn’t exchange my items for what I wanted and kept handing back my bag and saying “sorry ma” I then drove off irritated. Please whatever you do do not go here. Terrible customer service.
