Ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee with extra vanilla and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, received a large vanilla coffee no extra vanilla and an egg and cheese biscuit no sausage. This has happened on quite a few occasions.

I come to McD because of their French fries. Usually very crispy and delicious. These were lukewarm and almost soggy. The Big Mac was fair, but at least the chicken nuggets were good. Service was good and restaurant was clean.

They made me wait while other people that came behind got served. Then the manager James told me if I don’t like it. I can go to the McDonalds up the street. They were very rude and unprofessional

Do NOT put on kiosk that food will be brought to table if that isn't what you do!!!!! Sat at table waiting on food while it was placed on the counter. Manager was rude and said they don't bring food to the table even with your tag on the table, what a joke for a restaurant! Go to Chick fil a where they service customers with kindness.

We waited 10 minutes before someone came to the register. Then another 5 after we paid. Big Mac was wrong. The employees act like they don't want to be there.

Given the wrong food and then a hard time about it. Then since the lady was mad, she apparently busted all 3 syrups that I ordered so when I went to look in my bag, it was full of syrup

Our trip was a curbside pickup for 4. My son's burger had an overwhelming amount of onions on it. All 4 fries were warm and not the freshest. You would think for 4 lg orders that would mean hot, fresh fries. However, staff was quick with orders
