I find the headquarters page and they leave no way for you to contact them with complaints. Convenient for them of course. I will be reporting to the BBB. This happens all the time.

Gotta say - this McDonald's has stepped up. We live like less than a mile from here, and ordering through the app and getting pick up is super easy. They get the food out fresh, and quickly, and people are friendly and helpful. Don't get me wrong - it's not like it's suddenly gourmet food or anything. But as far as what you would want for fast food, they are doing it well
