This was our first time in here. Let’s just say our cravings were satisfied!! The food came out hot and fresh and the service was awesome (Shout out to Alejandra) thank you for being attentive and welcoming! We will definitely be coming back :)

This was my first time at Nixtamal but I will definitely be back soon. Their fresh blue corn tortillas and vegetarian fajitas were outstanding. I really enjoyed the option for a margarita flight - they were all delicious, but the mango was my favorite. The service was exceptional, and Alejandra was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

The food is great. We love the Pizza Birria, Birria Fries, and table side guac. Those are a must try but we keep coming back for Alejandra — the best service!

We had an amazing experience at NIXTAMAL! We came in with a family of six on Valentine’s evening, and everything was absolutely delicious. Even though it was a busy night, the service was prompt, fast, and very attentive.

Our server, Jorge, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. He truly helped make our night special.

The restaurant was very child-friendly, which made our family dinner even more enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better night out together.

We will definitely be coming back and hope to see Jorge again. Highly recommended!

While the food was ok, the service was absolutely terrible. We got there at 5:15pm, ordered at 5:40 and didn’t get our food until 6:34. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy when we got there. We also have 3 kids (one being a newborn) mind you.

While I can understand that they’re just opening, I don’t appreciate when I walk up to the manager after 40 minutes of not getting drinks or food, and he says he will come over in a minute and doesn’t come over. Then him and I make eye contact and he gives me the 1 minute gesture. It still takes him 5 minutes to get back over to us.

My wife’s steak was sodium free beef Jerkey. They forgot my son’s quesadilla order 3 different times.

Then they STILL gave me a bill to pay. No ownership of the problem. I understand that you’re a new restaurant. I still expect a professional experience and way better ownership. No way should I have to pay for an experience like that.

No seasoning. We doordashed this food and it was THE MOST bland Mexican food that we have ever had. Look how white the shrimp is. And proportions were small. Who in their right mind puts so little rice with arroz con pollo? Never ordering here again.

I came here because of the great reviews, but the food was unbelievably awful. I got the burrito California, and it seemed like they boiled the chicken and onions and put it in the burrito with no salt or seasoning. I’ve never had Mexican food this flavorless, but the drinks were good and the server was nice!

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The food itself was subpar, but the service was even worse—and that seems to be a pattern here. It was just me and my baby, and there was only one other family in the entire restaurant, yet our server dropped off the food and never came back until he noticed I was completely finished. My drink was empty the entire time I was eating, I ran out of salsa, and I never received the lettuce, sour cream, pico, or guacamole that normally come with fajitas, but is an extra charge here. With so few tables, there’s really no excuse for such inattentive service. I won’t be in a hurry to return

Visited around dinner time on 8/17. Interior design was very nice, food was pretty looking. Service staff was quiet, not unpleasant. I got the quesabirria tacos my partner got a different item. Food was honestly kind of bland and by the start 2nd taco of 3 , the food was pretty cold. I really wanted to like this place since its so local to me but it wasnt what i was hoping for. Additionally, i woke up later that night and got sick. Im led to believe it was this meal after testing whatelse i ate that day. Again, i genuinely wanted to love this place and have a great place to frequent. I hope this place improves if i try it again.

A restaurant with great quality, the barbecue is very good, abundant, enough for two people, with a lot of protein and vegetables. Juan our waiter is very attentive, efficient.
