Great little place, perhaps a gem for some. A good place to relax and get some good sushi.

Delicious sushi & fast hibachi for a reasonable price. The waitress and staff were all nice and friendly. I will say as a suggestion: that you might need to hire one or two more waiters, because it was super busy on a Wednesday night. (Not a complaint, just a suggestion.) Thank you all so much!

The absolute WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, the wait for food was beyond ridiculous — almost an entire hour just to get our meals. And no, the place wasn’t slammed, so there’s no excuse. The waiter acted like we were invisible, barely checked on us, and had zero sense of urgency.

When the food finally did crawl out of the kitchen, the way they packed it was downright insulting. It honestly looked like slop thrown together for dogs — messy, careless, and with no respect for the customer. We were shocked.

This restaurant clearly has no concept of service, hospitality, or even basic decency in how they treat their customers. Between the excruciating delay, the terrible attitude, and the disgusting presentation, I will never come back here again. Save your time, your money, and your patience — because you won’t get any of it back at Osaka Grill in Greer.

Feedback on My Recent Visit:

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. It was lukewarm, and I don’t believe it was freshly made. It didn’t seem like anything was being cooked on the grill at the time — no heat, no smoke — which makes me think it may have been leftovers from earlier in the day.

I paid good money and expected much better. Thankfully, I didn’t leave a tip. The service and food need serious improvement. I suggest others consider exploring better local options. I don’t come here looking for a free meal, just quality and care — which this visit lacked.

Very mediocre experience compared to the other reviews. Very bland EVERYTHING. The food was bland, even the white/shrimp sauce was bland and the service was definitely nothing to remember. Will not return so I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hibachi steak, fried rice, salad with the best ginger dressing I've ever had, and a California Roll. Everything was outstanding and thoroughly enjoyed.
